Valida struttura e di appoggio per soste e viaggi.
Pros:

Come per le recensioni precedenti, è un hotel che conosco e dove ritorno per la posizione comoda, raggiungibile facilmente dall'autostrada, il parcheggio gratis e riservato. La camera era confortevole e ben pulita. Ottima sorpresa per l'ammodernamento dell'area colazione e ristorante e con prodotti di qualità. Il personale al servizio della colazione molto gentile e discreto. Il servizio alla reception e check-in sempre precisi e attenti. Per me è sempre un punto di riferimento logistico (vicino un distributore carburanti e centri commerciali a pochi km) e come standard qualitativi.

Da un Crowne Plaza mi aspetto di più.
Pros:

Ottima colazione, comodità del letto, silenziosità della stanza, posto auto in garage.

Cons:

• Frigobar completamente vuoto; a disposizione sopra al mobile una sola bottiglia d’acqua per due persone che sarebbe dovuta servire anche per fare il caffè/the con il bollitore.
• Ventola del bagno non funzionante.
• Nel bagno c’erano saponi con dispenser al lavandino e nella vasca, al bidet invece era stata messa una sola saponetta per due persone.
• Pantofole di cortesia solo un paio per due persone, oltretutto di qualità molto scadente visto che si sono rotte al primo utilizzo.
• TV mal funzionante; ogni tot minuti spariva lo schermo e c’era la scritta “solo dati”.

Da un 4 stelle mi aspetto di più, anche di essere salutata e ringraziata alla riconsegna della chiave/card al momento del check-out.
Non era la prima volta che soggiornavo qui e l’avevo scelto perché ne avevo un ottimo ricordo. Mi dispiace aver appurato a mie spese che non é più l’hotel che ricordavo.

Staff, uno dei migliori mai incontrati, e io viaggio per il mondo tutto l’anno.Camera grande, attrezzata, curata, letto comodissimo. Sale colazioni rinnovate.
