Enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was great. The breakfast employee, Anthony, works so hard to keep the breakfast area clean and fully stocked. A+
Location was walkable to City Center, downtown and the river front. Beds were comfy. Wifi was good. Coffee machine is excellent and very appreciated! Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Paying for parking is a bummer. $14/day
Mold in the shower along the caulking and shower toiletries. Bleach spray and a little scrub could really fix this.

The hotel was good all around, just little things my customer service should be better
Pros:

Breakfast, location, cost

Cons:

The first staff member that I met was Clarissa. She was not friendly, did not greet, did not have a smile, on her face and was not pleasant at all. The AC didn’t cool at times and the room had a smell.

Good stay, but with these prices I’d stay somewhere else where you get more for your buck

was fine for the price
Pros:

the staff was very nice.

Cons:

The bathroom had some mold on the ceiling.
Some shower titles where broken. You could see that they tired to fix them but did not do a very good job.
