Easy to find and staff was exceptional

We were on second floor which actually is almost floor level so the traffic was loud

Property was quite good. Parking issues were a problem.
Pros:

Breakfast was quite good.

Cons:

Parking was included in the booking. Lady at reception said that they never include parking in booking as it’s a third party car park.
When I contacted Booking.com regarding this they said it is included.
Waiting for it to be sorted out and getting a refund for the parking that I had to pay for.

Cons:

The room was clean but the interior has a worn look. The only other thing is the safe was locked so we couldn't use it. And the tub was backing up.

Would never stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was the best thing.

Cons:

The sofa bed needed to be put in the trash. The room was next to the highway. Noise day and night, with auto and large trucks.

DONT CHARGE FOR PARKING!!
Pros:

The staff was excellent! Very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking is an absolute insult!!! The hotel is located on the other side of a highway from downtown with hardly anything around it. Non-hotel guests wont be parking in the lot...so don't charge for parking!
Spotty WIFI. A friend was 4 doors down had a good connection, I had spotty access at best.
