Nice hotel. It’s seen better days but good value for the money
Good
Smoke smell in room. Staff were unable to communicate in English. Very hard to get amenities or contact with anyone through telephone. Restaurant was terrible, the staff were shouting around us while we ordered food. The staff were vacuuming around us as we ate. Dinner options were terrible and what was available was very limited.
The transfer staff were unfriendly and rude.
I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through Beijing.
Nice shuttle service
Close to airport, clean and quiet.
The hotel is a standard business hotel. Located close to the exhibition centre which is good. TV and fridge did not work in the room for the four days I was there. No attempt to fix the problems either.

We ordered food from the room service and were charged twice. The waitress told us that the wechat payment didn't go through so demanded us to pay cash. I later found out the payment did go through from my wechat transaction. When I talked to the hotel, I was told initially the refund will take 1 month. After some questioning, it was changed to 5-7 working days. It has been a while now but I still am waiting for the refund. Very disappointing stay due to this issue which was completely the fault of the hotel but asking for refund is proven impossible!
nice hotel close to airport, convenient for overnight stay for connection
Heavy constrcution around the area makes so hard to get around. TAXI always missed thr entrance to drive in to hotel, and i had multiple times miss taxi due to driver couldnt drive in to the hotel parking lot.
Horrible. Old, dirty, full of cigarettes smell, shower old and mold, 24C outside and only the heat works! Worst than an hostel! Will never come back. You sleep in a sauna with cigarette smell and dirty carpets. Employees not trained and don’t even know what to do when you call them. Stay away from this joke

Nice and clean hotel around the airport! But far from Beijing center. Only for people who need to stay in that area.
Friendly staff, the hotel is in immaculate condition. With free airport shuttle - pre booking required. Accessible to nearby shop and train station around 15-20 minutes walk.
Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and not as close to airport as indicated on Expedia. Shuttle to and from airport is just one an hour. Better to book the Hilton which has more frequent shuttle buses from the airport.

Very easy comfortable transit stopover. Made use of swimming pool and free shuttle service between airport.
