Extremely disappointing as we have stayed there before and it has been wonderful
Pros:

Every thing about the hotel was lovely clean rooms comfortable rooms

Cons:

When paying over 300 pounds a night you expect too have some kind of view especially when you pick a hotel out on the Headland and you get the view of a wall about 2 m away from your room.

When expressed to staff members that we were not happy, they turned round to us and told us that the room we had paid for was the lowest standard even though there was a price list in the lobby stating otherwise.

Aqua Spa was amazing - took my teenage daughter there for her first spa and she loved it it

Location, excellent. Right on beach. plenty of activities available. Next to golf course as well. Room really well appointed. Housekeeping excellent. Breakfast very good with excellent choice. Good facilities with multiple swimming pools, jacuzzi's, hot tubs & sauna. Short walk into town. Plenty of free parking. Good spa treatments.

Cons:

Seagulls not dumping on car roof. One day, no hot water in spa pool showers but wasn't a show stopper.

Great spa hotel to relax & recharge
Pros:

Room very comfortable, bed/pillows/linen great. Spa was good, aqua centre great for relaxing; quite busy for mid-week. Not sure how it would be during peak times! Clean.
Good outdoor and indoor seating areas to relax, have a coffee & read. Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Hard to get a spa treatment time.
