Pros:

Pros:

The staff were very good, professional, friendly, attentive

Cons:

Booking.com sold the room as 'side sea room. The hotel has 3 sides facing the sea being on a headland. The room overlooked the carpark. One of the few rooms without a good sea view. This was purposely miss sold by booking.com the hotel appogised on booking.com's behalf.

Welcoming, warm , and staff excellent.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Great choice. Staff very attentive. Location perfect for us. Plenty to do even with inclement weather. Definitely visit again.

Cons:

Maybe some sort of covered walkway between hotel and spa complex. Difficult I know with access required for larger vehicles to the side of the hotel.

A step back from the hustle and bustle of life with the courtesy and luxury of a bygone age where you truly feel pampere
Pros:

It had all the charm and characteristics of it being an extremely well maintained period establishment whilst still providing the luxurious benefits of modern living

It would have been lovely if the spa experience wasn’t such a let down.
Pros:

The location of the hotel and the room was excellent.

Cons:

Children everywhere and completely took over the space. It felt like a leisure centre and wasn’t relaxing at all. We have attended other family hotels before and there have been far bigger periods where it is adults only. Children were then running around the bar area in the evening.
