Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Many reviewers call the hotel "very clean" with fresh towels and well-kept rooms, though there are isolated issues (pink mildew/grout, corroded soap fittings, and at least one report of carpet soaked from an A/C drain).
Service
9.4
Staff are frequently described as friendly, accommodating and helpful (upgrades noted, alert responses); occasional lapses around check-in communication and inconsistent procedural steps were reported.
Location
9
Repeatedly called convenient and in a good location for guests; close to nearby breakfast options and with adequate parking.
Room Quality
8.3
Rooms are described as roomy, comfortable and well stocked with some accessible and large king options; a few maintenance/feature negatives (no microwave in some rooms, basic finishes, shower door issues, occasional water intrusion).
Amenities
8.4
Pool (notably a salt-water indoor pool), spa and jetted tubs are highlights and well-liked, but there are occasional outages (pool maintenance, ice machine, elevator) and limited restaurant/bar hours.
Value for Money
7.2
Mixed: many find the hotel good for the price, but repeated complaints about being charged for breakfast (expected to be free) reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
6.8
Several guests report misleading booking info about complimentary breakfast and frustration at a $15.99 charge; some praise the breakfast when received but overall food/beverage experience is a common negative point.
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall positive sentiment with many guests stating they'd stay again and praising cleanliness, staff and the pool; persistent issues around breakfast charges and occasional maintenance problems temper but do not dominate the guest experience.

We will stay again.
Pros:

Big room. Nice amenities. Fresh towels every day. Accessible room with walk in shower.

Cons:

There was pink mildew on the grout around the soap dish. The array of soap bottles in the shower had corrosion on the metal parts. Needs better scrubbing in both cases. Room 514.
Small problems but so noticeable in the shower.

The pool is the crowning jewel. I'm
Pros:

The salt water pool was amazing. Breakfast was bountiful.

Cons:

When I booked through Trivago then Booking.com, breakfast included was and amenity. When we checked in, we learned you must pay for breakfast. False advertising is not what we were expecting. We looked like idiots. Also, our a/c unit drained into our room so the carpet was soaked by morning. We alerted the staff.

Cons:

The fact breakfast wasn't free and cost 15.99 to start. The restaurant and bar not open on Sunday number 2 makes no sense and the NFL season is around the corner. The bar doesn't stay open past 11pm number 3 on the weekends fix all that top notch Holliday Inn.
