Convenient location; clean, spacious room

Cons:

One of the two elevators was not in service. Also, the lock on the emergency exit from the stairs was broken so any person could walk in and onto any floor of the hotel; NO SECURITY keeping people out!

Good night stay
Pros:

Good location good parking. Very roomy. Got a single king room.

Cons:

No microwave in the room, have to pay for breakfast. Room was pretty basic no bath tub just shower, and the shower door wouldn’t stay closed

Overall great stay, just don’t pay extra for the breakfast
Pros:

Really enjoyed the indoor pool and spa. We had 2 rooms, a double and a king with jetted tub. Both rooms were clean, the king room was GIANT!

Cons:

Breakfast was not included but offered for an additional charge. For $15.99 a person I would have imagined the breakfast to be more than just a normal hotel breakfast

It was ok but good because of Meagan

The hot tub has rust on on the pole also it is floating around in in the hot tub and it had too much chlorine..The elevator stopped working, (we was stuck). The cards weren’t working on the door of our room. But they had a very nice lady named Meagan H. She gave us free dipping dots, she called me pretty/we talked about life, she ask me if I what to pick some stuff out of a bag that had( earring,phone case,and keychains) and she gave us free food. She made the hotel better/thank you Meagan the noise level Wes amazing no interruptions.value we ok it was normal price.

Holiday inn in bellmead tx refused to give me a refund or a room for the money that I had spent

It was several years ago but I just wanted people to know how terrible I was treated after I didn't get a refund from the 2nd over booking and was refused a refund or room for another day, the mgr was very disrespectful and told the customer service rep not to help me, because the day before she was trying to help me, this is why I rate them a minus 0 especially for the mgr being unprofessional unknowledgeable and disrespectful, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I rate them a minus 0 🤬
