Cet établissement mérite que l’on s’y arrête pour rayonner au alentour.
Pros:

Personnel très agréable et souriant, petit déjeuner varié et copieux ,mer très proche, petit parking mais pratique .

Cons:

Ascenseur pas très rapide, l’hôtel mériterait un environnement un peu plus joli.

les photos presentes sur booking sont loin d etre d actualitee , seche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas et sale , odeur de vieux dans l etablissement , balcon lateral rempli de pigeon et leurs crottes ma premiere experience dans cette hotel et ma derniere

Un très bon rapport qualité prix, la gentillesse du personnel, une salle de restauration très agréable et un petit déjeuner très copieux et varié .
Nous n’ avons pas pu tester l’ extérieur à cause du mauvais temps.

La chambre est un peu défraîchie mais reste confortable.

Pros:

Le personnel, nous avons vraiment eu l'impression de faire partie de la famille ! Hara, Mario et les réceptionnistes ont été très accueillants ! Un grand merci à eux! Ils nous ont fait découvrir la générosité crétoise !
Les repas (très copieux) étaient délicieux! Un conseil, ne manger pas trop le midi pour pouvoir tout déguster!
Il y a un arrêt de bus pas très loin, les lignes 1 (de l'hôtel vers Heraklion) et 6 ( d'Heraklion vers l'hotel) sont régulières et faciles à comprendre

Le personnel très aimable, un grand merci à la responsable restaurant qui est charmante et fait tout pour rendre les échanges possibles malgré la barrière de la langue, serviable et toujours le sourire.

Cons:

Hôtel vieillissant, besoin de faire petite rénovation dans les salles de bains, sinon ça va.
Piscine pas chauffée, jaccuzi pas en fonction en avril, on sent que la saison n'est pas lancée.
