To make matters worse, when I finally got into the room, the bed sheets were unclean and the bedding was uncomfortable.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay. Despite the advertised check-in time of 4:00 PM, I was made to wait over an hour before being allowed into my room. The reason given was that the room was still being cleaned — something that should have been completed well before the check-in window. No apology, no refreshments, and no alternative were offered during this time. This is a basic standard of hospitality that your hotel failed to meet, and I expect management to address this seriously to prevent future guests from experiencing the same.

Excellent value and comfort. We will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The amenities on the club level were great! The daily breakfast and nightly appetizers saved us a lot of money because we didn’t eat so many meals in Disneyland.

Cons:

The only negative for me was the lack of a handheld shower head in our room. Other than that, I have no complaints.

​I specifically booked the Sheraton Garden Grove because Booking.com listed breakfast starting at 6:00 AM. As I had a 7:00 AM meeting, this was the deciding factor for my stay.
​However, upon arrival, I was told breakfast doesn't actually start until 6:30 AM. This is blatant misinformation. Because of this discrepancy, I was unable to eat before my meeting. If you are choosing this hotel based on the advertised amenities and timing, be warned that the information online is inaccurate. Very disappointing.
