The pool
The pool was small
Friendly staff
Pillows were throw pillows, my towels were still wet and I found a roach in the bed
Location was good.
Breakfast was extremely limited for healthy options.
Muy lindo hotel gracias la pasamos genial
Rooms and hotel culture was quiet and clean up to our expectations, the hospitality from staff was super sweet and professional, and overall a great hotel to choose!!
I did wish the 2 queen bed rooms had showers vs. Tubs
Me encantó todo la cama son bien cómoda y la almohada y el desayuno delicioso También la ubicación está cerca de la playa y queda todo cerca. Es una buena ubicación

Overall this was a really nice hotel! I loved how spacious the room and bathroom was. The bed was comfy, the room was very clean. I liked how the TV screen had a welcome sign, it was a cute touch. The breakfast was set up really nice too. They had a nice variety between eggs, sausage, fruits, cereals and they even had a whole waffle station where you could make your own waffles and put all kinds of toppings on them. They had a nice outdoor seating area, a small bar and a small outdoor pool which we didn't use but it all looked nice.
While my hotel stay was nice, I have two complaints:
1. After I checked out and went out to my car, there were hand prints ALL OVER my car! On the hood, the handles and even forehead prints where some one was leaning to look in my car. It was very unnerving and unsettling to walk out and discover that. For reference, my car was locked but it was also packed down with beach supplies. It just made me feel a little violated and unsafe. While I had a pleasant hotel experience, this is definitely something that will probably keep me from coming back. We've stayed at different hotels in the Wilmington area while traveling through and I've never had this happen before. I would suggest upping the security.
2. I asked the receptionist about hotel rates for Sept when we'll be back down in the area, just because I wanted to price compare with what I was actively looking up and get a rough idea if it was cheaper to book with the hotel directly or though a third party. The receptionist got very rude and preemptively accusatory with me about how "rates change on a dime" and how "you can't hold me to the amount and argue it later. People always try to do that". This took me aback as she came off very strongly against giving me quotes. I told her in a polite way that she misunderstood me and that I was just looking to price compare with the current rate and that I'm not the kind of person to point fingers. She did calm down after that and did give me quotes, but it was still very off-putting that she treated me like I was doing something really wrong right off the rip when all I wanted was to get a price quote to maybe stay there again with family. It's not right to treat your paying customers like this, especially when they're just asking a polite question and giving no attitude whatsoever, just receiving it.
