Uncleanliness of the room made this an uncomfortable stay
Pros:

The staff was friendly and accommodating and there was free parking.

Cons:

The room was dirty. The carpet was filthy. Specifically, there was a large crusty spot on the carpet in front of the tv. The bathtub had hair on the walls.

Not up to par. Wish it were better as we love Hampton Inns
Pros:

Location, friendly staff

Cons:

Beds uncomfortable. Sheets and blankets did not even fit over the beds. Small rooms- 2 Queen room should have a lounge chair and a table. No fresh water in lobby.
Every other day cleaning is terrible. At least make the beds, empty the tiny teach cans and tidy the room

Pros:

Unfortunately I do not remember her name bc it’s been a week, but the lady that checked us in, was AMAZING!! She went above & beyond to take care of us! Can’t say enough about her.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The facility had tons of amenities which were all clean. It was a lovely experience for us and our dog!

Overall, the staff and service were good. Pay more attention to cleaning the room.
Pros:

Staff were great. They breakfast was awesome.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly. There were dental floss sticks in the bathroom under the cabinet and on the floor in the near the TV. The refrigerator was making a awful hum. We unplugged it so we could sleep.

Overall the stay was good. Only short fall was the breakfast. I may be a little picky.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, could have had a couple more options.

Cons:
