Pros:

Een mooi hotel en een prima locatie voor uitstapjes. Een zeer druk bezochte wijnbar bij heg hotel. De kamers, bedden en ontbijt waren uitstekend. Dichtbij een metro station. Ook in de wijk genoeg leuke restaurantjes. Vergeet vooral niet de zijstraatjes met leuke eetgelegenheden.

Cons:

Geen aanvulling.

Rento viikonloppu viihtyisällä Södermalmilla.
Pros:

Sijainti oli aivan loistava, reilun vartin kävelymatkan päässä Vikingin terminaalista upealla Södermalmin alueella. Hotellin sisustus oli kaunis ja huone tyylikäs ja viihtyisä sekä hyvin hiljainen, ikkunasta avautui näkymä rauhalliselle puistikolle (vanha hautausmaa). Aamupala oli aivan mahtava, yksi parhaista hotelliaamiaisista mitä olen ikinä nauttinut. Laukkusäilytys toimi sujuvasti sekä mennessä (hyvin aikainen aamu) että poislähtiessä.

Cons:

Meille annettiin aikaisin aamulla laukkuja viedessä virheellistä tietoa sisäänkirjautumisajasta, minkä takia teimme turhan käynnin keskipäivän jälkeen hotellilla. Asiakaspalvelussa ei lainkaan pahoiteltu meille heidän antamaansa väärää tietoa, vaan tiukasti ilmoitettiin että heillä on vain standardikirjautumisaika. Henkilökunta oli ehtinyt vaihtua aamun aikana. Muu henkilökunta ja asiakaspalvelu oli vierailun aikana oikein ystävällistä ja muutoin asiat toimivat hyvin.

Excellent in parts; disappointing in others - we might choose to stay elsewhere next time we are in Stockholm.
Pros:

Location, feel. We have stayed here several times in the past. The breakfast and breakfast area staff are outstanding as are the cleaning staff and some of the front desk people.

Cons:

The check in was not service oriented. The hotel guests seem to be an afterthought. On the evening of our departure the entire bar and restaurant areas/rooms (inside and out) were only for a gathering of an outside organization (ironically the Best Western Hotel group).
