Pros:

Excellent food, terrible service

The food was absolutely incredible — 10/10! Unfortunately, everything else about our stay was deeply disappointing.

Staff: 0/10. The reception staff were unhelpful, unfriendly and unwilling to listen. At checkout, we were told that our €250 deposit would not be returned until the minibar had been checked. We found this treatment insulting, especially at a hotel of this price level.

We also wanted to extend our stay, but were offered only an extremely expensive presidential suite, despite our room still appearing available on Booking.com after we left. The pressure to book immediately felt misleading and unprofessional.

The room was very cold. The hotel’s photos also create misleading expectations about the peacocks and garden. The property is essentially a building in the city centre with a small courtyard and only three peacocks. Do not expect the beautiful garden experience shown in the pictures. Parking is another disadvantage.

Our verdict: The restaurant is absolutely worth visiting for the food, but we would not recommend staying at this hotel. The food deserves 10/10; the service deserves 0/10. Hospitality begins at reception, and unfortunately, our experience started badly and never improved. We would not return.

Sehr freundliches personal die alle Wünsche erfüllt haben. Toller Innenhof mit schöner Ausstattung. Grosses Zimmer mit top Einrichtung

The bohemian suite was a true delight.
Pros:

Excellent service, very friendly staff. Especially Bilel went out of his way to make the stay for me and my son an outstanding experience.
The Bohemian suite suited us very well.
Having stayed a verious 5 star hotels worldwide and can honestly stay this hotel met my expectations.

The location was excellent. The hotel was a 5-minute walk to the clock tower and other main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room to a suite, and it was amazing! The garden restaurant is beautiful. The food was also good. Mr. Bilel was super accommodating and responsive. I will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Prague.

Comfortable Stay Within Walking Distance of Prague's Old Town

I was upgraded to a higher-category suite. The room was spacious and elegantly furnished with classic furniture. It offered a view of the street, and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Housekeeping entered the room several times to deliver items that had previously been forgotten, which was somewhat disruptive and annoying.
The breakfast staff were very formal and did not provide a particularly friendly or warm welcome. In addition, the selection at the breakfast buffet felt rather limited considering the price charged by the hotel.
