Was good but in several aspects not 5star
Pros:

Beautiful gardens. Great breakfast

Cons:

Felt things like quality of towels poor no shampoo or soap in shower , staff in restaurant /bar not overly attentive - not what expect for 5 star. Reception were excellent as were doormen in particular Sasha

Breakfast food etc was great thought menu for dinner very limited - Michelin menu one choice disappointing in that regard although the one option was delicious

פשוט אהבנו הכל מהכל: החל מקבלת הפנים המצוינת, הצוות הנחמד בכל העמדות, החל מפתח המלון, הקבלה, החדרנים, בחדר האוכל במסעדה ובגינה. סדר וניקיון מופתיים, שירות מהמם צוות מסביר פנים, ניקיון רמה גבוהה, הסברים קיבלנו להכל, אורך רוח, כל מה שביקשנו קיבלנו, האוכל מצוין (אכלנו בוקר וכן ערב בגינה עם מוסיקה חיה), מיקום מצוין, ניקיון טופ בחדרים ובחדר הרחצה ובכל שטחי המלון. פשוט מקום לחזור אליו בכיף

Pros:

Stunning building location and really helpful staff. The food was really good as well. The spa was out of action but they had organised an alternative just a 4 minute walk from the hotel which was really nice. It’s not the problems it’s how they’re dealt with and the staff here were superb. A great long weekend or however long stay you need.

Wonderful!
Pros:

The stay was exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic with garden view, pianist playing everyday at 8 am, peacock wandering all day at the garden. Staffs are very nice and gentle. On our first day there was a leak on the airconditioner, but the staffs kindly changed our room to a more decenct higher room and even gave us free prosecco, full of fruits everyday. Finnish sauna is also wonderful to rest our body. Just a few minutes walk to the center so the distance is good, far from the noise. You can see the sunset at the balcony everyday. I strongly recommend this place and score high especially for the staffs checking the customers all day with gentle manners.

Cons:

The leak and waterdrops from airconditioner made me a bit concerning one night, but the hotel compensated me more than that.

We have traveled to many countries in Europe and stayed in many great hotels but this lovely hotel had the best service

It was a terrible heat wave and the room was uncomfortably warm, particularly at night, though the staff tried to adjust the temperature for us and even provided a big fan, which helped
