Wir waren insgesamt sehr enttäuscht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auseichend. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Obwohl ich ein Comfort Doppelzimmer gebucht hatte, entsprach das Zimmer nicht diesen Anforderungen. Es war sehr klein, zur Straße hinaus (also laut) und das Badezimmer eng, genügte Mindesanforderungen. Alle Mitreisende (Söhne mit Familie) hatten wesentlch geräumigere Zimmer und Badezimmer für den gleichen Preis. Einige hatten direkt beim Hotel gebucht, einige über Booking.com.

Привітний персонал на рецепції.
Сніданок смачний, вибір невеликий, але є що скуштувати.

Cons:

Готель взагалі не відповідає 4 зіркам. В номері було не дуже чисто, запах каналізації та зламане вікно (зламана ручка, не можливо було його відкрити або закрити). Додаткове диван-ліжко для дитини було дуже жорстке і спати було некомфортно. Так як зупинялись на 1 ніч, то не стали просити замінити номер.
