Anbefaler ophold på dette hotel.
Pros:

God lokation, ligger tæt på metro station, god morgenmad, yderst venlige og hjælpsomme medarbejdere.

Cons:

Der var ikke varmt nok i saunaen. Det vil være super, hvis det bliver ordnet. En lille ting, men jeg ved at gæsterne vil sætte pris på det.

No Cold Aircondition

Very Clean
Rooms are nice

Cons:

There was no cold air conditioning in the room which was 30 degrees and difficult to sleep in. Staff informed there is no cold air conditioning in the room and couldn’t help which was not good.
WiFi in the room didn’t work and signal was poor so struggling to call people and use my apps.

O quarto e a cama eram enormes, a cama era muito confortável, o pequeno almoço era farto e tinham muitos restaurantes nas proximidades.

Cons:

O serviço de limpeza deve ser melhorado. Foram trocar as toalhas e não verificaram que o gel de banho já havia acabado e não tiveram o cuidado de arrumar bem as almofadas.

Our second stay was less comfortable than the first due to the lack of air-conditioning

Unfortunately, air-conditioning was not working during our stay. Although a fan was provided, the lack of air-conditioning was still uncomfortable. Dinner choice was often limited, buffet being unavailable some nights

Good hotel
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast spread was generous, and even the Asian breakfast was delicious. The price was reasonable.

Cons:

The location wasn’t ideal. The surrounding area was quite quiet and lacked the lively, touristy atmosphere of some of Beijing’s busier streets. We had to take taxis to most attractions because the nearest metro station was quite far away, and the bus service was limited, with buses arriving infrequently.

The swimming pool was 1 meter deep, reaching 1.6 meters at its deepest point, and diving was not allowed.

The variety of fruit available at breakfast was limited.

perfect hotel for families
Pros:

Exceptional large room, comfy beds, great pool, great jacuzi. Water daily. Good location. Front desk very helpful. I have stayed here many times and this is the best hotel for me if you travel with a family due to the size of the rooms and its facilities.

Cons:

Cleaning can be improved. Turkish hamam was brocken since last year, no repair... breakfast can be improved. Washing maschine too complicated to use.

Very central hotel in Beijing
Pros:

The property is very central and have easy access to metro station and the train station. The building also houses several eating places which is convenient. The room is spacious and it has a well equity gym and swimming pool with sauna and hot tub

Enjoyed my stay, great property, bad wifi.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay, the room, the swimming pool, the jacuzzi and the gym were really well set up and the staff was really helpful and hospitable, some went out of their way to assist us.
The location of the hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway and like a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop which makes it a great place to navigate locally.

Cons:

The breakfast was really good and well spread out, but it was a bit difficult to find things that were halal for us, so we were restricted to just eggs, bread, and fruits. And the wifi too was really bad, it only worked well sometimes, and that too only in the lobby.
