El olor, es viejo, las habitaciones son amplias pero nada comodas, el ascensor es llenisimo todo el tiempo, el restaurante lleno, no tenia muchas opciones de comida, llenisimo el restaurante, y el recepcionista muy grosero, arrogante.

L'hôtel, à notre arrivée, nous a demandé de supprimer notre réservation alors que nous avions réservé 2 chambres. L'hôtesse nous as expliqué qu'elle allait nous donner nos 2 chambres mais pour cela il fallait annuler notre réservation. Apparement, c'est une pratique courante pour que l'hôtel ne paye pas de frais à booking. Nous avons reçu 2 chambres. Pour la petite histoire nous étions 4 avec nos 2 enfants âgés de 14 ans et 10 ans. Les 2 chambres étaient situées à l'opposé l'une de l'autre. Incompréhensible, c'est la 1ère fois que l'on me donne 2 chambres aussi éloignées. Et pour l'hôtesse, cela ne posait pas de problème. Nous aurions aimé demander une autre chambre mais elle ne parlait pas anglais. Aussi, je reviens au moment ou nous sommes arrivée à l'hôtel, au moment de se proposition d'annuler notre réservation. Nous lui avions bien dit que nous ne voulions pas annuler notre réservation, elle n'arrêtait pas de soupirer et de râler. A un moment donné, nous lui avons écris sur le téléphone ( seul moyen de communiquer) que nous voulons parler au manager. Et là, elle s'est calmée mais elle a quand même fait ce qu'elle voulait.
2ème point négatif: les chambres sont vielles, sentent le tabac, les portes d'armoires sont rafistolées. A chaque fois que j'ouvrais la porte, je devais la tenir par le bas. Une partie du papier peint était décollé à cause de l'humidité. Les salles de bain ne sont pas propre. Le petit déjeuné ressemble à une cantine d'un restaurant d'autoroute. 2 machines à café pour tous les visiteurs, une file pour avoir 1 café. pas de chocolat à tartiner pour les enfants. Nous parlons bien d'un hôtel 5 étoiles!!!!!!!!!! honnêtement, je n'écris jamais de commentaires pour les hôtels mais là, c'est tellement gros que je veux pas que d'autres personnes se fassent avoir. Toutes les tartines sont congelées.

Pros:

История. Забыл в сейфе крупную сумму денег. Написал в отель и они всё решили. Честно говоря - не верил. Но всё прошло отлично. Деньги мне вернули. Такому сервису можно доверять. Расположение лучшее. Номера чистейшие. Еда на завтраке хорошая. Я лучше немного переплачу здесь, чем дешевле поеду туда, кому нельзя доверять.

Buon Hotel da migliorare.

Cons:

Il bagno troppo piccolo con la doccia che doveva chiudere una porta di vetro contro il WC e bagnava completamente il pavimento del bagno.
La sala colazione predisposta in modo confuso, con la gente che deve passare tra i tavoli.Progettato e coordinato male per un hotel di questa categoria.
Personale con inglese insufficiente.
