Hotel molto bello in posizione buona, 2 fermate metro a 5-7 min. A piedi.. camera spaziosa e bagno grande con doccia e vasca.. moquette in camera ma tenuta bene e pulita.. set cortesia..

Cons:

Del Personale alla reception solo uno parlava inglese, gli altri nulla assoluto.. colazione un po cara ma abbastanza varia, la ragazza all’ingresso della colazione sembrava avesse visto 2 marziani quando abbiamo chiesto in inglese info sul costo..

Pros:

Отличный отель: хорошее расположение, чисто, белоснежное белье и полотенца, удобный матрац и подушки, хорошие завтраки. Отдельное спасибо персоналу: разместили намного раньше заявленного времени размещения в номере, помогали вызывать такси - оплачивали своим электронным кошельком, а мы возмещали затраты наличными.

Pros:

Good location, within walking distance of mrt but we use "didi" (uber/grab) to get around. Availability of convenience store and few reasonable price food inside the hotel. Reasonably big room size and competitive room price.

Уставшая четверка, тяжелый персонал, красиво внешне, но не внутри. Ну и вид если повезет. Завтраки хорошие.
Pros:

Единственный плюс расположения - близость к вокзалу. В остальном достаточно скучный район и очень уставший отель.

Cons:

Плохая уборка. Даже пропылесосить не могли нормально. Тяжелое взаимопонимание с персоналом, невозможность заказать такой простой услуги как стирка. Как турист возвращалась поздно, хотела вечером сдать, на следующий день забрать. Сотрудник на ресепшен наговаривал очень длинные и поэтические сообщения на переводчик, так где вполне подходили ответы да или нет. И попросил у меня залог за то, чтобы принять мои вещи в стирку в два раза больше, чем стоила эта стирка по их прайсу (запросил 500¥), обосновывая это тем, что он посчитать не может и поэтому берет залог, чтобы они не постирали зря.
У меня был номер без завтрака, но один день я оплачивала их шведский стол на завтраке отдельно (80¥). Так вот завтрак это лучшее что есть в этом отеле. Хороший выбор и китайской и европейской кухни.

Cons:

The room is too hot for me. I switched off the heating and had windows open, still too hot. The swimming pool and gym were not available because of maintenance but we were not told about it. This information should be given to customers, I booked the hotel because of the swimming pool.

Pros:

The hotel entrance was very clean, the hotel staff were friendly. The room itself was spacious and was provided with all the amenities you needed. My friend and I had a double room with twin beds, which were comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, and had both a shower, a bath, a laundry line, a nice sink and a toilet. We got clean bathroom towels everyday which was a big plus. There was a convenience store in the same building as well as a Luckin coffee and some other restaurants. The train station seems very close by, but is quite a distance away, I'd recommend taking a didi or the metro.
