Serious Concerns About Cleanliness, Breakfast Service and Noise

Great location of Hotel

Cons:

I stayed 4 days in room 16069 and was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The carpet was visibly dirty, and there was a large amount of dust under the bed, suggesting that cleaning had not been carried out properly for a long time. The level of cleanliness was far below what I would expect from a hotel of this category.

The breakfast experience was also poor. Food trays were frequently left empty, and staff were slow to replenish them. This resulted in long queues and many guests waiting for basic breakfast items. The breakfast service appeared understaffed and poorly organized.

The biggest issue, however, was the lack of sound insulation. I could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms, and even noises from adjacent bathrooms, including toilet flushing. It was difficult to relax or get proper rest because of the constant noise.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the combination of poor cleanliness, inadequate breakfast service, and extremely poor soundproofing had a significant impact on my stay. I hope management takes these issues seriously and implements improvements for future guests.

Pros:

La chambre est trés grande et propre. Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation. Transferts et excursions que proposent l'hotel sont au TOP.

Cons:

Le personnel n'est pas assez accueillant. Pas d'effort de leur part envers les clients qui ne maitrisent pas forcément un anglais correct et qui n'ont pas forcément les applications chinoises. Dommage.

Всё было замечательно! Номер чистый и комфортный, персонал очень приветливый и внимательный. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный, выбор блюд хороший. Удобства соответствуют описанию, всё работало отлично. Остались только положительные впечатления, с удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова. Рекомендую!

Cons:

Главная проблема — организация завтрака. Завтрак начинается в 6:30, но уже к этому времени зал был переполнен, и свободных мест практически не было. Приходилось ждать или искать место среди большого количества гостей.

Ассортимент завтрака оказался ориентирован в основном на азиатскую кухню, выбор привычных европейских блюд был очень ограничен. Кроме того, некоторые гости набирали еду в контейнеры и уносили её с собой в больших количествах, что создавало ощущение хаоса и приводило к быстрому исчезновению некоторых блюд.

Из-за большого количества людей атмосфера на завтраке была шумной и некомфортной. Хотелось бы видеть лучшую организацию пространства и контроль за соблюдением правил пользования буфетом.

Pros:

I am staying at this hotel for the second time.

The hotel has a perfect location within walking distance of the city center. The Beijing central railway station is nearby, and there are two metro stations just a 7-minute walk from the hotel. On both of my visits, I was assigned the same room (coincidence), which offers a beautiful view of the railway, the park, and a preserved section of the Ming Dynasty city wall. It is a surprisingly beautiful and underrated attraction.

The room is at a suite level, with large and very comfortable beds.

During both of my stays, I experienced no problems or inconveniences when dealing with the hotel staff.

In my opinion, this is a very good hotel. I highly recommend staying here.
