Bardzo dobre jedzenie, urozmaicone, czysto, schludnie, cicho. Świetna obsługa, polecam!
Moderný, čistý hotel s nádherným výhľadom, skvelé raňajky a výnimočný recepčný Rosťa, ktorý nám vyšiel vo všetkom maximálne v ústrety, určite sa vrátime znova.

In camera non esiste un poggia bagagli e un armadio. Per cui due valigie non sapevi dove appoggiarle se non sull unica sedia e sulla scrivania.. Abbiamo bevuto la tisana in camera e le tazze non sono state sostituite e non sono state aggiunte le tisane mancanti. Per un hotel a 4 stelle mi aspetto un servizio migliore.
Sicuramente la colazione è stata ottima,ricca e ben organizzata. Anche se lontano dal centro il fatto che passi il tram sotto l hotel è un plus.Buono anche il ristorante e bar,peccato che chiuda presto..e se si vuole mangiare uno stuzzichino con una birra dopo le 21,30 non c è più niente.
Lo staff abbastanza freddo e a parte l ultimo giorno dove c'era un uomo molto gentile nella norma molto distaccato. Ho avuto un serio problema mentre eravamo in visita al castello e malgrado abbia chiamato più volte e mandato email non ho avuto alcuna risposta,tanto che sono dovuta tornare in hotel. Non mi è piaciuto che non ci fosse un armadio,ma la cosa peggiore è che non c'era neanche un appoggio x le valigie,che sono state x terra.Le tapparelle elettriche belle ma collegate e quindi non si poteva far scendere o salire una senza che non scendesse anche l altra.Il letto abbastanza comodo. Boccio totalmente la luce del bagno accecante.

A reggeli nagyon változatos, és nagyon finom volt. A szoba jól felszerelt, az ágy kényelmes. A szálloda ugyan a külvárosban van, de taxival 10 perc alatt minden nevezetesség elérhető.
Skvělá lokalita, zastávka tramvaje u hotelu, tramvaj jede do centra. Vynikající snídaně, kde si vyberete teplé, studené. Personál příjemný.
Za mě pokulhává úklid. Při příchodu na pokoj, s cedulkou vydezinfikováno, nám vrazil do nosu zápach ze záchodu. Po vyvětrání to bylo ok. Na podlaze umělé řasy po dobu celého pobytu, které já nemám, takže neuklizeno. Papírový kapesník taktéž pod postelí celou dobu. Chtělo by to na úklidu zapracovat.

ubytovanie bolo čisté, komforntné, hneď pod hotelom je zastávka električiek - ľahká dostupnosť do centra. Výborné raňajky a ústretový personál. Nakoľko sme zabudli v hoteli notebook, po kontaktovaní, nám ho veľmi milá pani recepčná zabalila a poslala.
Bardzo czysto,komfortowe pokoje i ogólnie hotel zasługuje na swoje 4 gwiazdki.
