Haben ein kostenloses Update bekommen, Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht und super freundlich. Lage für Wien Innenstadt etwas außerhalb aber super durch öffis oder sogar zu Fuß erreichbar.

Pros:

Gostamos de absolutamente tudo! O hotel é super novo, muito bem localizado e fica a apenas 5 minutos de ônibus das principais atrações turísticas. O ponto de ônibus fica em frente ao hotel, o que facilita muito os deslocamentos pela cidade.
O hotel é extremamente limpo e confortável. O quarto é amplo e espaçoso, as camas são muito confortáveis e tanto a roupa de cama quanto as toalhas são limpas e de ótima qualidade.
O café da manhã também merece destaque: é muito bom, com bastante variedade e opções para todos os gostos.
Um agradecimento especial à recepcionista, que foi extremamente simpática, atenciosa e prestativa. Ela nos passou todas as informações sobre a cidade e sobre como nos deslocarmos com muita clareza, tornando nossa experiência ainda melhor.
Recomendo o hotel com certeza e voltaria a me hospedar aqui sem nenhuma dúvida!

Hi,

I wanted to share a few highlights from our stay:

The absolute best part was the checkout and check‑in experience. Daniela went above and beyond — she personally called ahead to our next Eurostar full‑service property and arranged a 10:30 AM check‑in for us. She didn’t have to do it, but she genuinely wanted our trip in Austria to be incredible. Thank you, Daniela.

Additional notes:
- It was very easy to get to from the airport.
- There was both upscale and budget‑friendly shopping available nearby.
- continental breakfast was absolutely incredible.
- Coffee shops opened at 7 AM, and pizza and shawarma were available until 11 PM on weekdays.
