Our stay was great. Easy access to public transportation. Great breakfast. Rooms stayed cool the entire time.

One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at any hotel. Food always came in fresh, great selection of bread, fruits, hot dishes, cheese, meats, desserts, and drinks.

The room stayed cool the entire time. Staff was very friendly at reception and always on time with cleaning our room and replacing towels.

The property is in front of two bus lines and a 9 minute walk from a subway station. Tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The room was a bit tight but it wasn’t an issue.

Staff gentilissilo e disponibile
Camera pulita e spaziosa
Colazione abbondante ma senza esagerare (bellissima la ragazza che ci lavora)

Cons:

Forse stanza poco isolata acusticamente (si sentivano molto le auto nonostante fossimo all'ottavo piano)

Buen hotel con personal excelente
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, con transporte (bus) frente al hotel y el metro también muy cerca, con buenas instalaciones y excelente desayuno. Pero lo mejor de todo es el personal. Siempre atentos, amables y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo. Destacar a Marta en el bufet de desayunos, y a Federico en recepción cuya diligencia y trato fue exquisito, y también a Daniela en recepción que nos ayudó con el transporte. Sin duda, un magnífico hotel para conocer Viena.

Estancia y trato inmejorable
Pros:

La atención del personal, son muy agradables, dispuestos a ayudar y si lo necesitas, hablan español.
La habitación es muy grande, está bien insonorizada y la cama y almohadas son perfectas.

Personel bardzo uprzejmy, pokoje czyste, wszystko było ok :))
Jedynym problemem jest parking. Hotel ma bardzo mały parking podziemny (auta powyżej 4m długości mogą się nie zmieścić na zakręcie) (pani z recepcji wskazała nam na mapce publiczny parking podziemny. Oddalony był dosłownie kawałek od hotelu, za 24h wyniósł trochę ponad 29€)
Ogólne wrażenia bardzo dobre. Polecam :)
