Pros:

Pour le reste du séjour à l'hôtel vraiment vraiment top rien a dire super propre.
Méga chambre avec vue sur la plage.
Un bonheur.
Sur le toit une grande piscine avec une vue magnifique.
On a mangé tout les jours avec la formule tout compris .
Un grand large choix .
Salle de bain super propre.
Réception au top .
Service au top.
Notre avion et tard le soir réserve pour les bagages sécurisé.

Normalement je reviens début mars avec plaisir.
Je recommande fortement.

Skvělé zázemí na výlety s dětmi v mimosezóně
Pros:

➕Byli jsme 2+2 v únoru na pár dní na jarní prázdniny.Lokalita dobrá-hned u autobusové zastávky Arznell.
➕Využili jsme skvělé all inclusive-nabídka opravdu široká,jen džusy a káva nic moc.Ocenili jsme širokou nabídku ovoce a to i u snídaně (např. 3 druhy melouna).
➕V noci byl klid na spaní a postele pohodlné. ➕Přijeli jsme dříve(ve 14h) a i když byl check-in od 15h ihned jsme dostali all inclusive pásky a mohli jít na oběd.
➕Personál byl jak na recepci,tak v restauraci velice ochotný.
➕Asijská restaurace (na objednání) úžasná,krásná,sushi nejlepší,které jsme kdy jedli.

Cons:

➖Objednali jsme rodinný pokoj,ale dostali jsme pokoj pro vozíčkáře ve vedlejší budově v 11.patře s hrozným výhledem,navíc připravený pro 3 osoby místo 4 (chyběla deka a ručníky chyběly úplně),naštěstí na žádost ochotně vše doplnili a pokoj druhý den vyměnili za původně objednaný a v hlavní budově.
➖Úklid by mohl být pečlivější
➖Překvapilo nás množství lidí v restauraci a u výtahů v mimo sezóně (ale nic co by nám vadilo).

Pleasant hotel near beach
Pros:

First the staff were kind helpful and friendly but my bed was so hard l had 2 quilts folded and still hard. dining room was dark but also crowded and tables so close together.

Pros:

Room was very comfortable! Facilities were good and location was excellent. Neverthelss, the room cleaning service was terrible. Untill 4pm room was not done. I had to ask twice after 2pm to clean the room to be able to rest. Breakfast in General was good.

Bardzo udany pobyt na Malcie
Pros:

Przestronny pokój, czysto, cicho, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Można ustawić ogrzewanie, co ważne zwłaszcza w zimie, kiedy na zewnątrz jest kilkanaście stopni

Terrible management great location
Pros:

Well where to start, the rude managers or rooms that are in such a bad state!

How anyone can stay at this place and not get sick I would never know.

Don’t bother complaining as the top manager is so rude! He doesn’t wear a name badge but I heard them call her Mr pistana.
