4 stars hmmm trying to get there
Pros:

Staff are friendly and nice ,we had a mix up NYE and Stephane sorted it effectively before it ruined our evening ! The hotel is clean and update it had entertainment through out the day and an evening show , no car park , but we never searched long for off street parking ,bus stop and beach across the road and a mini market 2 mins walk away , along with many eateries , it’s a good location ,they have 4 restaurants and a cafe , we enjoyed the cafe royal it had great coffee and delicious cakes and opened till10pm I would recommend this hotel

Great location, shame about some of the rooms and staff
Pros:

- Entertainment
- Pools (although cold!)
- Location, coastline beautiful
- Close to aquarium and other trips
- Space in family room (2nd one)
- Close to restaurants/drinks

Cons:

- Floor 5 on first night (one room smelled like stale smoke and the other smelled like drains)
- Pool temperature
- Rooftop 17+ (we had teenagers who would have loved it)
- Poolside bars closed mid-April
- Last day all inclusive removed early on the morning despite late check in on day 1 and late flight when leaving. In a week, you only actually get 6 days of all inc
- Staff didn't seem happy in their work

Top class.. Never believe the moaners..
Pros:

Hotel is spotless, change towels and tidy room every day. Food is superb. Next to sea and taxi/bus distance to tourist spots. Excellent.

Išsiregistravimas buvo 3 nakties. Norėjome, kad suruoštų pusryčių dėžutes, bet nei vienas recepšeno darbuotojas neįspėjo, kad pusryčių dėžutes turime rezervuotis iki 19 h paskutinę dieną. Atėjome paprašyti dėžučių 20 h ir mums atsakė. Nors restoranai vakerienės dirba iki 21h. Tad labai nuvylė požiuris į klientą. Gyvenome 6 naktis ir buvome išsipirkę pusryčius ir vakarienes.

Nagy szálloda de ennek ellenére a sok vendég nem volt zavaró.Szép modern szoba,fürdőszoba,tisztaság mindenhol.Kedves személyzet.All inclusive ellátás nagyon szuper volt.Változatos minden nap.Csak ajánlani tudom a hotelt

A must-visit!!
Pros:

We had a wonderful time here, we stayed for a week and the staff were all so friendly, we barely left the hotel as we booked all inclusive and the hotel has everything you could want, the gym and bar supervisor John was especially helpful! We're already planning our next visit :)

Amazing hotel & staff always something to do and entertainment team always organising something definitely will go back

Hotel amazing and hotel clean and tidy! Maybe need more entertainment in the day and to know what is going on Going on in the complex! Met amazing staff John who works in the bar and gym is very attentive and friendly, his communication and service was amazing! Veronica in the bar and restaurant had good customer service and went above and beyond to help at the bar and help when needed! Because we are going from spring to summer it might be good to know all the changes that are happening when we arrived thought! An amazing holiday have been before and will come back thanks Michelle

Enjoyed our holiday, but hotel very busy and too big for my personal liking.
Pros:

A lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean. However, when fully occupied, it can be quite chaotic. Although a number of lifts, expect to wait up to 10 mins at busy times. Queues for bar at ground pool area. Whilst main dining room is buffet style, no shortage of food, but seating quite chaotic and noisy.
