Cadre parfait pour des vacances en famille
Pros:

L’amabilité et la serviabilité. Merci pour vos réponses rapides à chacune de nos questions.
L’endroit est parfait pour visiter l’île en bus ou proche des sorties en mer.
Nous avons apprécié la piscine même au printemps, baignades fraîches mais pas impossibles.
Les animations du soir étaient de qualités, bravo aux artistes!!
Nous reviendrions sans aucun doute!!

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé l’accès à la piscine au roof top à partir de 15 ans plutôt. Mais sinon tout était parfait.

The staffs at the reception were rude and arrogant. They have to go for hospitality training.
Pros:

Property is clean and nice roof top swimming pool

Cons:

Most of things not working, example Air conditioning, sauna and so.
Inconvenient shower..really not practical

Very nice, we really liked it.
Pros:

The rooms are big and comfy. The staff eas very kind and always willing to help. We loved our stay and will for sure come back.

Cons:

The fact that we needed to pay for the paddel room or the games room.... it should be included. The dessert in all different restaurants was always the same butterly cake from the breakfast . In Asian or Carribean restaurant it simply does not make sense.

Pros:

The roof top pool was great to lounge and drink cocktails. The food was good and the variety that the hotel put on is excellent.
The hotel staff are amazing, very helpful and greeting every day. The nighttime entertainment was ok abit cheesy but something to watch why drinking the night away.

Cons:

You can hear any movement from people around you like the walls are paper thin!

Pros:

Friendly staff, high level of cleanliness throughout, and modern, spacious rooms. The food and drink included within the all-inclusive package were excellent and provided a strong value for money compared to other all-inclusive hotels I have tried elsewhere.
