Hotel will begin upgrading the deluxe rooms on floors of 20-25 from 1 December 2025 to 30 April 2026 from 8:00AM - 12:00PM and 2:00PM - 6:00PM , and we will make every effort to ensure that noise is kept to a minimum during the construction period.

Top Hotel but getting old.
Cons:

Al reeds 15 jaar klant. De Engelse taal blijft een groot probleem. Iemand aannemen die 100% Engels kan spreken en begrijpen zou toch eens moeten lukken.

De “luxe” van het 24e verdiep is ook lang passé.
Geen ontbijt meer en het s avonds is het ook vrij beperkt en smaakloos.

В целом все понравилось, очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки.
Pros:

Отличное расположение, рядом находится торговый центр. У нас на этаже был клаб лаундж, где вечером можно было поужинать и выпить вина или других напитков без дополнительной оплаты. Это нас приятно удивило.

Cons:

с нами было 3 детей и мы бы хотели, чтобы они жили в соседнем номере. Как раз у детей оказался номер с дверью в другой номер, но она была закрыта. Могли бы нас туда поселить. Но у нас был номер чрез 2 номера от них.

Fantastic! is will defiantly come back!
Pros:

It is a great hotel, room is fantastic
The swimming pool is O.K - probably around 25m long, but more meant for playing in the water than swimming.
Breakfast is one of the finest I have ever eaten, with Hugh selection of Chinese and western food, and great coffee, whish is quite rare in China

Cons:

The room facing the street was not completely quite - if you are very sensitive to noise (like me) ask for a room not facing the street - you will lose fantastic city view, though. ( see picture taken from room in the 14th floor)
The concierge team English is generally poor, they are trying to be helpful, but are generally pretty useless.

Cons:

Only 1 thing is the air-con does not have cool air so its a bit too warm in the room. We ask Reception and they change the room for us and all good.

Hotel Moderno , habitaciones grandes , cama muy cómoda , limpieza , de personal un agradecimiento a la personal de conserje de hotel, especialmente a Michel , quien fue de gran apoyo en la solución de cualquier dudas o problemas que tuve durante mi estancia en 2 ocasiones en este hotel

Durante mi segundo estancia , el baño tenía problemas de llaves en dicha , pero nada crítico
