La gentilezza del personale, molto disponibile.
La qualità della colazione.
La tranquillità molto apprezzabile in una città : la camera dava su un cortile interno.
L'albergo è situato non lontano dal centro (8 min. circa a piedi).

Ero già stata molti anni fa e non vedevo l'ora di tornarci...devo dire che e' diventato ancora più bello
Camere spaziose ,pulite,fresche,colazione top,recepition top...tutto perfetto e anche la posizione e' molto molto comoda per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse

Lovely hotel on a quiet street, close to many sights, and to public transit stops. Very helpful staff with superb English. We didn't have the breakfast every day, but added it on a couple of times -- great selection of high quality in a lovely room with cloth tablecloths and napkins.

EXCELLENT Location in Old Town Prague. Incredible Value. Very quiet and safe area: across the street from the Police Station. Walkable distance to St Charles Bridge and clock square and shopping. Short walking distance to metro lines. Thick walls made each room very quiet, ensuring a good nights sleep. Atmosphere was beautiful. We had the Twin Superior room and it was lovely. Bathrooms are huge. AC worked great. Very comfortable and sparkling clean. Got ice from Reservation Desk attendant. All staff is so very friendly, helpful and had excellent English! Breakfast service was over the top! 3 attendants. Way more food offerings than anyone could wish for. Lattes and cappuccinos available. Cream for my coffee was served warm! I felt so spoiled.
Pictures on walls featured past visitor to Hotel was King Charles (when he was a younger prince).

The room was clean, spacious and welcoming.
All the staff members I interacted with were really kind and helpful.
The breakfast was great. The food was tasty and the atmosphere quiet and welcoming for a solo traveler.
The location was perfect, minutes away from good restaurants, from the river and of course a tram station. Also walking to the old city was very quick and nice, yet the hotel is located on a quiet street so no noise or late parties under the window.
Overall highly recommend!

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, schöne Atmosphäre in einem Haus mit Geschichte, Frühstück sehr gut, mit Stil, freundliches Personal, netter erster Empfang mit Willkommensgetränk, täglich: kleine Häppchen und Getränk am Nachmittag im Foyer, kleine Bibliothek mit allerlei Büchern (auch über Prag) im Foyer

It is in a great location near the old town but on a quiet street. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sehr sauber und das Hotel befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage!!
Das Personal, vor allem Duc und Olena waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Der Service war super! Der größte Vorteil ist hier, dass das Hotel einen eigenen Parkplatz im Hinterhof hat, hier war das Auto günstig und sicher abgestellt! Wir durften sogar nach der check out Zeit noch unser Auto stehen lassen. Einfach perfekt!

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, und bei diesem Hotel stimmt einfach allles.
Auch besonders toll: sicher Parkmöglichkeit mitten im Zentrum von Prag.

Love evey about this hotel, been there twice and will return.

First time visitor to Prague and we were extremely happy with and comfortable in the Unitas. It is on a very quiet street with little traffic. 150 meters in either direction and you are on a street connected into Old Town with bars, restaurants, stores, gelato, etc. There is a laundry facility within 5 minutes that charges 300 czk ($15 USD) for a small basket full to be laundered and folded. Our room was dead quiet and large with a kitchenette, dining table, couch, and overstuffed chairs, and desk. Breakfast was a significant buffet of food and I believe worth the additional $s. St Charles Bridge is super close (about 7-10 mins based on crowds) for stunning panoramas of the city and palace. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. nice little courtyard area to sit outside and have a drink as well as, a large indoor sitting area with multiple couches and chairs. The hotel is perfect for someone that wants the action and scenery of Old Town without the noise, crowd congestion, and issues associated with being right on the main streets. It also has a rich centuries old history that is worth looking into. Highly recommended!!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, they even provided a vase for my flowers when I asked for scissors! The location is also fantastic, with supermarkets and restaurants within easy walking distance.
