Please note the hotel restaurant is open from the end of November until mid April.
From July, 1, 2022 Andorra city will charge the Tourist Tax for all guests old than 12 years old. $1.50 per person, per night.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Pros:

Gostei muito da forma como fui recebido funcionários muito simpatico e muito prestaveis!!

Cons:

As camas podiam ser mais confortáveis, precisava de uma remodelação no quarto mas é acolhedor!

Pros:

El desayuno poca variedad pero buena calidad… lo peor k te sirven ellos… incómodo

Cons:

La limpieza… jabón con pelos nada más entrar en la habitación…limpian cuando les da la gana… dos dias después y varias quejas y vinieron a limpiar. Daba asco acercarse a la cortina de ducha… su color real era un incógnito … en definitiva asqueroso

Se niegan a dar hoja de reclamaciones y te dejan tirado sin alojamiento.
Pros:

Me gustó el precio y que cogían máscotas según el filtrado de búsqueda.

Cons:

Que nos dejaron tirados alegando que solo mascotas de ayuda ( para ciegos por ejemplo) y nos echaron atrás la reserva teniendo que buscar otro alojamiento un 27 de diciembre que está imposible.
La encargada me dijo q nos iban a cobrar el primer día a pesar de que la reserva se hizo el mismo día y ya nos la echaron atrás inmediatamente puesto que avisabamos que íbamos con mascotas en dicha reserva. Para colmo tuve que oficiar policía para que me dieran la hoja de reclamaciones que exigí y se negaban a entregarme.

Basic hotel that offers good value
Pros:

hotel location is ideal as most hotel options in Pas de la Casa, being a small town nothing is really far away. The hotel is next to where airport transfers drop off so that was easy for us, Ski lifts are a short walk up hill…
Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room had a bathroom that appeared to be in the roof space so you could not stand up fully and therefore only had a bath, maybe avoid that room if that is something you rather not have.

Pros:

Los muebles son muy antiguos . Encontre una colilla en el suelo de la habitación. Los colchones tienen funda de plástico y sudas por las noches. Los cereales del desayuno estaban rancios.
El personal es muy amable y colaborador.
