NO customer service, no basic cleaning - aggressive management and wont be coming back
Pros:

Good location - zabka supermarket 1 min walk away - bakery and cafes also very close - all are very expensive so beware! Taxi rank outside and tram stop a 100m walk away. the main square is also very near so couldn't fault the location. wifi good, 3 kids on devices, me on a phone and no issues - heating good but no control so you have to open the window, large spacious apartment and was not noisy as it faced the inner courtyard so make sure you ask for this location as others have said the outer facing apartments are noisy. really great shower and bathroom.

Cons:

I asked for ground floor due to mobility issues and was given 1st floor!
I was supplied 1 dishwasher tablet and then told to pay £2 each if we needed any more - plus £2 each for wash tablets for the washing machine. No drier. No UK channels but could manage with youtube I suppose. Despite paying £1031 for 7 nights - no food included and no service either!
No cleaner and no towel change or loo roll or coffee or tea unless you asked. Broken coffee machine and staff go home at 5pm so no maintenance until 8am next morning. Very money orientated and staff were rude and hostile when asked to change the other apartment as it smelt like a sewer - were threatened with the Police for daring to complained the manager was very aggressive, dismissive and rude. I speak Polish and they thought that I didn't understand what they were saying. We felt so intimidated, we were forced to tolerate an apartment that was dangerous and toxic as apparrantly they had nothing available - well this is not acceptable as there should always be a spare room available for emergencies but it seems that they were only bothered about the money! which was apparent when they charged £20 for checking out 2 hours later than 11am despite all of the issues we had! so do not expect any level of customer service! wont be coming back - which is a shame as the location was good and it could have been so much better!

Good location but the rest was appalling - nil customer service and rude intimidating staff/manager
Pros:

Good location near to the main square and a zabka shop 2 mins walk away - taxi available outside but more expensive so better to use uber - wi fi a good speed.

Cons:

Horrible very small room that was not really a room - it was a store cupboard made into a room! I had booked 2 apartments so very shocked to be given one of the worst rooms in the building! no cleaning services change of towels or loo roll unless you asked - staff rude and dismissive. and everything money orientated - very poor customer service was charged £20 for 2 hours late check out despite the initial room being disgusting and spending 2 nights sleeping in this tiny room that was more like a toilet with the toxic stench of drains - asked to be moved rooms and was told NO until I protested and on the 3rd night was moved to a room on the 5th floor ( I think on purpose) despite having mobility issues. but felt that we had no option. If you complain the staff threaten you with the Police. As it was new years eve we had nowhere to go - it ruined our holiday. The manager is very hostile and aggressive and ignores your complaints. All they care about is money and rinsing as much as they can out of you. There was even a £2 charge for a dishwasher tablet in the other apartment! really.....wont be coming back!

Pros:

Super perto do centro. As funcionárias, principalmente a recepcionista da parte da manhã foi muito prestável e sabia falar muito bem inglês. A casa era super limpa e tem todas as funcionalidades de cozinha necessárias.

Cons:

O aquecimento deixou a desejar os aquecedores não deitavam quente suficiente. No entanto os funcionários tentaram resolver o mais rápido possível e disponibilizaram aquecedores portáteis para os quartos.
