Pros:

Fantastisk läge, nära till allt. Fint och romantiskt liksom med utsikt över gamla stan. Receptionen öppen dygnet runt och bra servis. Jätte god frukost på Charlotte!

Cons:

Det luktade tyvärr dåligt i badrummet som jag känner även igen från andra ställe i Krakow - har väl att göra med att det är väldigt gamla byggnader.

très bon séjour dans une ville magnifique
Pros:

l'emplacement est parfait, en plein centre
très jolie chambre mais attention si vous êtes grand car partie sous rampant qui nécessite de se pencher un peu!

Cons:

La télécommande des stores ne fonctionnait pas mais le personnel a rapidement résolu le problème

Fantastic apartments in central location
Pros:

Very clean and cosy apartment. Well equipped kitchenette. The staff were very helpful and friendly. As a solo traveller, I was reassured that someone was on site 24 hours a day amd there was also a WhatsApp number to contact should you need anything. Great location a 2 minute walk from the main square. The staff were able to organise airport transfers, tours and packed breakfasts. The on-site cafe and restaurant/cocktail bar was a bonus.

Cons:

My apartment was on the 5th floor of the building. There were a lot of stairs and no lift. If you have mobility problems or a lot of luggage, make sure you let the helpful staff know this in advance and I am sure they will do their best to accommodate your needs so that you avoid the stairs.

Pros:

emplacement parfait, literie et appartement confortables, très bons petits déjeuners livrés.

Cons:

premier appartement super mais au 5éme étage sans ascenseur +(étages doubles) sous penté difficile pour clientèle âgée
mais la direction nous a changé d'appartement sans difficulté.
deuxième appartement moins charmant mais très fonctionnel.

Prefect apartments! Central to everything.
Pros:

As a large group we stayed in 2 of the large 10 bed apartments. Prior to our trip communication was brilliant from the reception. On arriving check in was swift and easy. The apartments are gorgeous, honestly! The location is perfect! Central to everything.
