Great apartments in a fantastic location
Pros:

I book this property quite often and it ticks every box for me. I am partly disabled and find it difficult climbing stairs.
The team sorted my preferred apartment….

Pros:

The hotel is very close to the town square where all the activities are yet you are able to retrieve to your room for a quiet night of sleep. It is close to everywhere you what to go.

Cons:

The bathroom is tiny but I think the hotel has done it’s best to provide a comfortable space

Sentral beliggenhet, hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Kjedelig frokost som man får servert på rommet. Ok standard på leilighet. Lite varmtvann, hvis mer enn 1 person skal dusje må man være rask. Lytt, hører godt når folk går i gangene.

Perfect place to stay in Krakow Old Town

I loved this property. Great communication. Absolutely adorable. Spacious and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location close to everything. Highly recommend.

Cons:

I loved it all! Nothing i didn't like except that my stay wasn't longer.

Fabulous
Pros:

The property was in a fabulous location and was clean and comfortable. The facilities were good and there is a lovely cafe underneath that serves good food and coffee and there’s a supermarket just a few doors down. Would definitely stay at these apartments again and would recommend them to family and friends.

Cons:

A small problem was the fact that we were on the top floor and there is no lift. My husband and I are in our 60’s and although we are pretty fit it was a long way up for my husband with a 20kg suitcase so this is something you need to consider if stairs are a problem.

Lovely place to stay in the old part of town
Pros:

Friendly,helpful staff lovely position,place to store luggage after checkout

Cons:

We requested a later check out 12pm as we were doing a park run 30 mins away and wanted to shower after,this was agreed but on the day of check out, we were told at 11.30 we needed to be out in 10 minutes.
Hold on credit card in case of damage.
Some street noise at night

Fab 4 bedroom apartment in Krakow centre, great for 8 friends celebrating together.
Pros:

Large, bright, clean apartment in a great location. Very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Bedrooms could benefit from additional storage for clothes and surfaces for putting things on, only one had a set of drawers and a top for placing items such as make up, keys etc. Also plugs near a mirror for drying hair would be useful

Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location with friendly staff.
Pros:

We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect and made it really easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room was very comfortable with everything we needed provided. Overall, a really enjoyable stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

A couple of small things could be improved. The shower leaked slightly which caused some water to flood onto the bathroom floor, and the curtains didn’t block out enough sunlight in the morning. Other than that, we had a very good stay overall.
