Cute apartment, near the main square, perfect
Pros:

Cute courtyard for property. Excellent location near main square, but far enough that it was quiet. The apartment was pretty spacious one bedroom. Very cute inside.

Amazing place in a fantastic location
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very comfortable perfect for a 3 night stay with a family of 4 adults. Tea and coffee provided plus hand wash/shower gel. Perfect location 2 minutes from the main square of Krakow.

Cons:

We are fit and able so not a problem for us but some people may struggle with the stairs up to the 4th floor.

Rekommenderas! Vi vill gärna tillbaka till boendet och staden.
Pros:

Läget var perfekt inne i Gamla stan med gångavstånd till allt vi ville se och göra. Den nyrenoverade lägenheten var ren och fin och personalen hjälpsam och trevlig.

Cons:

Lite lyhört när det renoverades (borrandet) i annan lägenhet i trappuppgången.

Läget var bra, planlösningen på lägenheten var toppen. Fräscht!

Cons:

Frukostpåsarna är under all kritik! De var väldigt små, för en som reser med tonåringar/barn var de bara aptitretare och man kunde inte lägga till något. Vi vuxna var inte heller nöjda efter. Fick köpa egen frukost ändå.
Hade förväntat mig lite mer.

Strul med frukosten leverrans vid avresa. Beställde till kvällen innan och dubbelkollade tiden. Vid tänkt avhämtning, fick vänta 1,5h men slutade med att vi inte fick frukosten. Frukosten skulle lämnas på morgonen istället pga av en "miss". Dvs, vi slösade tid på att invänta en frukost istället för att va ute och uppleva längre. Väldigt irriterande! På morgonen höll inte frukosten tiden ändå och det blev stressigt!

Pros:

Die Lage ist exzellent-mitten im Zentrum, die wichtigsten Plätze fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist zudem ein wunderschönes Altbaujuwel und die Gestaltung des Zimmers sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Die Instandhaltung lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig (tropfender Siphon, kaputte Glühbirnen…)

Pros:

First of all, the location is very central!! It’s just a 2–3 minute walk to Rynek Główny (the town square). On the same street as the apartment, there are restaurants, a market, and basically everything you might need.

The girl at the reception was friendly and explained everything clearly.

The towels were clean and individually packed in transparent bags, which I liked. The apartment was generally clean as well. Heating worked perfectly, and we slept very comfortably.

There was a washing machine, dishwasher, small fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, and a capsule coffee machine. There were also plenty of kitchen utensils available.

Cons:

We stayed as two couples in a two-bedroom apartment. Our flat was on the 4th floor and there was no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have large luggage.

One of the bedrooms was quite spacious—almost bigger than the living room—while the other was a standard smaller room. It would have been nicer if both rooms were the same size. Also, instead of a double bed, there were two single beds pushed together.

The bathroom drain was a bit slow, so you need to be careful as the water can build up and overflow.

We stayed for 4 nights as a group of four, but only 4 coffee capsules were provided. We looked for more in nearby stores but couldn’t find the right type. When we asked at reception, they sold them to us for 5 złoty each, which we didn’t really like—considering we paid €570 for 4 nights, it would have been nice if they offered more capsules for free. There was also only one dishwasher tablet provided; we used it but didn’t bother asking for another.

Wir kommen wieder 🙂
Pros:

Wir hatten eigentlich wirklich Glück mit Unserem Appartement. Wunderschöner Altbau, sehr nett restauriert und in toller Lage. Das Frühstück ist (nach anfänglicher Skepsis - es kommt aus dem Café darunter) wirklich lecker, für jeden ist etwas dabei

Cons:

Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthaltes Bauarbeiten, was natürlich zu Lärm und Staubbildung führt. Ein Hinweis im Vorfeld wäre nett gewesen, deshalb einen Stern weniger. Sonst Empfehlenswert!!!
