Μείναμε στο Atrion Hotel στο Ηράκλειο Κρήτης τον Αύγουστο του 2026 και είχαμε εξαιρετική εμπειρία!

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και επαγγελματικό. Ευχαριστούμε ιδιαίτερα την κυρία Μαίρη για την αναβάθμιση του δωματίου μας σε σουίτα, η οποία ήταν ευρύχωρη, άνετη και προσεγμένη, με όμορφα amenities.

Το πρωινό ήταν πρωινό και ποιοτικό. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν καθαρό και όμορφο, ενώ όλη η ομάδα ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να εξυπηρετήσει.

Ευχαριστούμε την κυρία Μαίρη και όλη την ομάδα του Atrion για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία.

Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Avis mitigé
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel proche du front de mer, du port et des rues piétonnes du centre. La chambre spacieuse avec un petit balcon avec vue sur la mer. Le petit-déjeuner sucré /salé, copieux et varié. Les espaces communs bien aménagés.

Cons:

L'accueil froid et hautain, le soir de notre arrivée, de la personne qui semblait être le gérant et son attitude les jours suivants. Semble ignorer les règles élémentaires de politesse. Un comble pour une personne en contact professionnellement avec des clients.
Les deux dames ,présentes beaucoup plus rarement à la réception , étaient, par contre, très aimables et souriantes. Ainsi que les femmes chargées du ménage des chambres.
L'hôtel nécessiterait certains travaux. Un seul ascenseur, limité à deux personnes , dessert 6 étages.
La salle de bains était minuscule et manquait d'étagères pour ranger les affaires de toilette
