Très bon séjour, je recommande cet établissement
Pros:

Proximité du centre ville, personnel à l’écoute et disponible. Services intéressants : taxi, box petit déjeuner . Ménage fait tous les jours.

Cons:

Des prises ne fonctionnaient pas. Chambres un peu petites, par rapport à la description faite sur Booking.com

Great vacation with no stress and 100% relaxation
Pros:

I was second time in this property. And will return again. Its great hotel in the center of Heraklio town, near both to port (2 mins walk) and to the city center (3 mins walk). The staff is amazing ( the red haired woman in reception is ❤️, the both ladies in the dining area and the houskeeping staff are also ❤️. It’s very clean, very comfortable, very tasty hotel. Literally needs 4+ star ranking. The breakfast is amazing with many options for everyone. The balconies are also very nice, comfortable for working, having a glass of wine during fine weather.
