Cleanliness

Always have to shut doors hard to be closed. Aircondition is not strong enough to cool the place from the hot summer weather. As it's self contained apartment, they have a routine cleaning the place every 3 days, I think it should be every alternative day

Disappointing stay—definitely not 4-star quality
We were upgraded to a large, spacious two-bathroom apartment (Room 304), but the standard was extremely poor and not worth the money. There was a full-blown ant infestation on the living room floor, and the room constantly smelled like garbage, cooking, or something decaying due to severe ventilation problems. On top of that, the strange floor/wall-mounted AC units only blew cool air straight up toward the ceiling, leaving the rest of the room inadequately cooled. Moving rooms after settling in would have been too much of a hassle, but the lack of basic cleanliness and proper climate control was thoroughly disgusting. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

W pokoju na 2 piętrze czuć stęchlizną.
Meble zaczynają się rozpadać od wilgoci.
Na 4 piętrze nie było tego problemu

Kitchen and one bedroom had so little day light that the lighr has to be on all day.

War nicht sauber, Möbel waren defekt, sämtliche Küchengeräte mussten wir bitten auszuwechseln, da sie kaputt waren.

Quartos datados, mal equipados, higiene pouco cuidada, mobiliario danificado, sofa cama muito desconfortavel, higiene dos quartos realizada apenas de 3 em 3 dias e piscina fora do complexo do hotel com encerramento às 19h. Experiencia muito longe de um hotel de 4 estrelas, tal como anunciado e muito dececionante em relação às imagens publicadas no booking.

I think the property needs to be refurbished. We paid £1000+ for our room for 7 nights which works out to be about £200 a night I think, that falls within 4* star hotel pricing. Our room had mould, the air conditioning struggled so much we had to make sure all doors were shut tight, all lights off and leave it running 24/7 just for a lightly cool breeze. The shower head is fitted wrong so it was so awkward to shower, being on the side of the bath instead of facing forward. Mattress had stains, the fridge was a bit mouldy as well. It did not feel like the value was there in terms of the room itself. The lift is also outdated. They are old fashioned and very tiny for a hotel that has a lot of families/groups staying

Also we had a very poor experience at the restaurant at the hotel’s pool - I believe it’s connected to hotel. The waitress didn’t seem to understand us and was very forgetful or intentionally not coming back to us. She offered a high chair, we said yes then held the baby waiting for newly 20’mins. Then they sat someone next to us who started smoking cigarette when the signage said no smoking allowed but the staff said nothing, instead we got up and moved inside. Then at the end my sister and I asked for the drinks menu to get one more drink before going up and the waitress brought the bill. Maybe she misheard us but I found it very rude because I feel like we spoke quite clearly. I did not complain at the desk because i work hotels as a front office manager and I understand sometimes there is bad days but thinking back; the service was horrendous when ALL of the other restaurants in the area were amazing for less
