Cons:

Bed incredibly hard and uncomfortable. No plugs near the bed for charging. No guide for the TV. Looked like blood splatter on the baseboard of the wall in the hallway. Ice machine only on one floor. Hole in the ceiling over the shower that freaked my daughter out afraid someone was watching

Location based on our need
The bed was comfortable and seemed cleaned

Cons:

The carpet in the room was stained and nasty, there was initially no hot water so we had to take a cold shower to get ready for a wedding, the indoor pool was closed and when we got back from the wedding all the lights were on indicating that someone had been in the room while we were gone.

For the price hotel is clean and good breakfast
Pros:

Great location, close to nice shopping area.

Cons:

On the older side. Can tell something’s have been updated. Needed new carpet, old, stains, made the room look older, if new carpet would have paired well with the updated paintings.

The overall stay was not what was expected. Very disappointing
Pros:

There was no breakfast, I don’t think cereal and a bagel would consider complementary breakfast. It closes at 9:00, that’s way too early!

Cons:

The ac in the room was horrible, the pool was green and when we went to go swim they were cleaning it for an hour, so we didn’t use it at all. For the price I paid it was not worth it to stay at the hotel. Plus, the pictures are not what the hotel looks like!
