Cons:

That the fitted sheet had stains on it . Carpet had stains on it the table wasn't wipped down it ihad cup circles on it.

I like the location close to everything

Cons:

I just didn’t like when I first walked in. It smelled like mold really really bad and same with the room. I have a musty, moldy smell. Everything else was good.

Very unpleasant 😢
Cons:

The Pool was not open and accessible the entire weekend. The back door had a sign that said: Lock does not work please use front entrance but most of the time the same back door was sustained open by a cleaning sign. This was very unsafe. We found a cockroach coming out of the bathroom.

Cons:

I wish they would put in hard floors instead of the carpet the carpets every time I go, there is always stained so bad and you came and walk on it barefoot cause it feels so grimy from being shampoo so much! They should upgrade and just put in hard floors instead of carpet it like a lot of these hotels are doing now.

Disappointing
Pros:

The check-in staff was kind and understanding, they obtained me a discount because of inconvenience and issues with the booking when our whirlpool suite was downgraded to a regular suite without any prior notice, it was realized when we got to the room. We were still able to stay in the suite booked but the whirlpool jets were inoperable.

Cons:

The room was small for what I would consider a standard much less a suite. It clearly shows wear and need of repair, holes in walls, broken refrigerator, displaced door handle to the bathroom. Pillows were half stuffed feather and were uncomfortable, the bed was stiff. Window shades were stuck at 3/4 closed, we were unable to adjust them. The night clerk was brusque at best when I asked about extra pillows and they had no extra linens at all.

The first hotel room with a pool in the room - fantastic!
Pros:

We had a really nice room with a pool in our room, that was quite unique and special. My girl friend spent almost the whole time in the pool. The room was large and everything was Ok. Enough parking space and the Wi-Fi was good.

Cons:

The breakfast was basic, nothing special.

Good and the Bad
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Checking in and out was good. Parking was fine

Cons:

Pool closed. Bathroom mirror was streaked really bad and light bulb out in bathroom. Bed had cat hair on it. Room could have been cleaner.
