Never Again!
Pros:

The clerk and Mgr. Seemed helpful.

Cons:

The linoleum flooring in the room was folding up on all corners, you could see baseball sized lumps under the bedspread. The pool was down and according to the registration clerk, had been out of order for some time. The elevator was also closed. I even looked at a second room and found the same. I refused to stay there.

It was overall ok.
Pros:

I liked the location it was very convenient.
The property was also very clean.

Cons:

The pool wasn’t working and the air conditioner in my room was broke and it was VERY HOT.

Pros:

Got to check in early. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

No coffee for breakfast. Sausage was over cooked and was tough and orange juice was watered down.

I wouldn’t come back but it’s a learning experience
Pros:

The staff and breakfast was great!

Cons:

The room we had smelled like smoke. Carpet needs cleaning badly and updates. I was comfortable but I wasn’t able to change reservation

The dirty underwear in the center nightstand. The fact I was told irons weren't available for my room, but it said it on the website. I would really like some type of refund or credit.

Very disappointed

The area is always good here.

Cons:

There were old dirty panties in the center end table. There was no iron in my room and then told me that irons don't come with room. Finally got the iron, but no one contacted me about the dirty panties found by my 9 year old daughter. Someone needs to make this right. This was very very unacceptable.

Such a disappointment

The grits

Cons:

No pool since COVID, watery gravy hard chicken patty and hash browns served, burned and stained carpeting in room, ragged older looking furniture in room, closet door looked ragged. Streaming LG channels lagged horribly, bathroom sink had a man's hair in it from shaving, bed was uncomfortable. It used to be our go to spot but Will never stay there again bc the quality has gone down horribly

Ok for a short stay

The location was very ideal. Close to stores so you could walk.

The facilities were very bad. Room door was off and very hard to close. The furniture was very dirty and raggedy.
