it really needs to be renovated. the TVs do not work ( too old ) and the rooms are kind of “chabby “.

The Mondrian was such an excellent experience, so elegant, and truly the staff, including Luis especially made it really special for us, he was so kind and welcoming,
The environment is also just beautiful and classy, the pool in the restaurant were very elegant
Great venue, fantastic view, Oscar who ran the bar at our event was terrific, genuinely different level of service. Alexandra who manages the event team is also fantastic, they turned around the event requirements in just a matter of day. The venue was perfect, great view, top food and fabulous service.
Had an amazing experience at Mondrian. Starting with the second we walked in. Louis works at the front and treated us so well. Anytime we needed anything he was there - so hospitable . He gave good recommendations and made us feel so taken care of. Totally recommend this spot for a beach vibe vaca!
As a service member and person of color, I had an outstanding experience at BAIA Beach Club thanks to Priscilla. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her professionalism, attention to detail, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality completely exceeded my expectations and elevated the entire experience.
Priscilla was attentive, efficient, and incredibly welcoming the entire time. She handled everything with confidence and care, making us feel valued as guests rather than just another table. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of energy and dedication consistently.
She is the definition of exceptional customer service and truly represents the standard that every establishment should strive for. Priscilla absolutely deserves recognition for her hard work including a raise and serious consideration for a Lead Server position. Employees like her are a huge asset to the team and are a major reason guests will continue coming back. IF I WAS TO COME BACK TO BAIA IT WOULD BE Because HER! Hello I visited your property and it was fabulous and my 3 day stay was amazing the housekeeping service room cleanliness upon arrival and through out I will come back staff was welcoming kudos to everyone for making my experience a dream come true

Tutto, albergo dostrutto, cade a pezzi ed e sporco che fa schifo, non mi hanno rifatto la camera per 5 giorni pur chiedendolo, lo staff non ne ha un idea

רק קלאודיה הייתה נחמדה וניסתה לעזור אבל למלון אין כל כך אופציה לתת שירות סביר
המלון מטונף ברמות קשות!!!! ריח של עובש בכל מקום בגלל השטיחים, אבנית במקלחת, ריצפה מלוכלכת מאוד, וילונות שבורים ומצעים עם ריח דוחה מצורפת גם תמונה של עובש בתקרה.
עברנו 3 חדרים עד שהסכמנו להשאר כי השלישי היה הכי נורמלי ביחס לקודמים שלא היו ראויים לאף יצור חי.
רצינו לבטל את ההזמנה אבל בגלל שהיה סופ״ש של F1 כל המלונות במיאמי ביץ היו בתפוסה מלאה, אחרת היינו בורחים ברגע שהגענו.
ואם זה לא מספיק חיכינו מעל שעתיים לקבל את המזוודות מהשמירת חפצים ולמרות שהתקשרתי שלוש פעמיים במרווחים של חצי שעה בין שיחה לשיחה הם טענו שהמזוודות אבדו והם מחפשים אותן.
רק לאחר שירדתי לקבלה ודרשתי להכנס לחדר של השמירת חפצים, ראיתי שהן לא זזו ממקומם וסתם מרחו אותנו שעתיים ואילצו אותי לרדת ולהתווכח איתם עד שאישרו לי להכנס לשמירת חפצים.
כמובן שלא היה שום ניסיון טיפה להתנצל או לנסות לשפר את החוויה.
בנוסף לכך שהיינו צריכים מגבות נוספות המתנו 3 שעות ובסוף ירדנו לבקש בקבלה.
העובדים בקבלה לאורח כל השהייה היו לא נעימים בלשון המעטה מלבד קלאודיה שבאמת הבינה אותנו.
the view is outstanding, breakfast lunch and dinner are fantastic. The staff is super nice and helpful. even die rooms are outdated and kind of not so clean we are coming back .
