We had an amazing time at the Mondrian South Beach! We came to celebrate our friends bachelorette! From the moment we checked in, we were welcomed with Prosecco and Sandor had us ready with refills! Our welcoming staff was fantastic and made sure we were set up for success and comfort our whole weekend long! We will definitely be staying again in the future!
Luis is absolutely, amazing, and extremely accommodating. As soon as we arrived the reception team was absolutely phenomenal!

I would give this no stars if I could, stayed there last month and was billed for items in my room I never had or used. Management will not answer emails. Very bad service

De plus pendant les trois derniers jours de mon séjour il y’a eu des travaux à l’étage du dessus qui ont commencé de 8:30 à 17:00
Je me suis plaint à la réception et ils m’ont proposé une compensation financière en me promenant de me rembourser les taxes pour une somme de 250usd et que le virement se ferait sur mon compte bancaire en une semaine mais jusqu’à présent je n’ai toujours rien reçu de leurs part ni de la votre par conséquent j’exige que vous contactiez le Mondrian afin qu’il puisse tenir leur engagement suite aux désagréments de travaux liés à mon séjour
De plus j’ai séjourné 5 jours et à aucun moment ils ont nettoyé la suite que j’ai loué pour 1700€ sans aucun nettoyage c’est juste invraisemblable
Fantastic location on south beach - great spot for watching sunset.
Our room was very big but needed a lot more furniture. Only a small wardrobe to store clothes. I did request extra hangers they never appeared
The room we were in is in much need of a refurb. In my opinion. Shower was leaking and is in much need of an overhaul - we were told the room was only serviced every 3 days! Which I was very surprised at in a 5 star hotel. Glasses were never replaced!
Swimming pool didn’t open until 11am and so we weren’t allowed in until then! In my opinion beds very cramped - not enough of them & sunshades few and far between
We had lunch at the restaurant overlooking the bay. It was very nice and the food was delicious. Staff incredibly attentive.
I liked the front desk area and the pool area. It was very clean and staff was very nice and accommodating!
I disliked how the initial impression of the property didn’t match with the rooms. My had broken light fixtures, moldy restroom, stained sheets, chipped furniture, and the ac wasn’t working. Was very disappointed with this since the room just didn’t match the price point.

Gestito come un appartamento, le pulizie non erano quotidiane e anche i servizi, nonostante ospiti dell'albergo erano a pagamento come i letti con posizioni migliori bordo piscina...per noi europei inconcepibile. In America probabilmente funziona così...
Sandeur made this beautiful location even better. He was attentive,friendly, and had a great disposition. I'd come back for his hospitality alone.

My husband and I had the best experience at the outdoor hotel bar with Natalie. She’s an absolute machine haha can’t give her enough praise. Had ups and downs with the hotel all weekend but Natalie was a consistent positive experience for us!!
The hotel experience was just ok, Love Nathalie! She is the bartender in the pool bar! Such a great energy and she did everything to make us happy! Can’t wait to see her again!

Had a great time staying at the Mondarin - Natalie made our experience so much better. She ran the whole bar and offered top tier customer service. It’s a great place off the strip of south beach than can amplify the rest and relaxation you’re looking for.
