Cracking big room, very comfortable and clean. Friendly reception and restaurant staff. Good price for size and standard of room. Location a little bit out of downtown Mystic but not too far.
Breakfast was so-so..
Room was large and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast could have been better. Sausage was overcooked. Scrambled eggs should be a choice everyday if one does not like western omelets (our first morning).
The location was ideal for our plans.
Our first room was freezing and staff gave instructions for the thermostat. When the temperature did not moderate, a staff member came to correct the thermostat. When we returned from dinner at 10 pm, the room was still freezing and I complained to the same staff member. We were offered a new room and told there would be a "credit" on our bill. We switched rooms after 10 pm with no instructions for the operation of the handicapped automatic window drapes. We stayed for two nights and, upon departure, no credit was shown on our bill.
The staff was so friendly, the room was clean and a good size. The location was perfect! Close to town without being right in the middle of all the craziness. Everything about the hotel itself was beautiful!
It was a bit expensive, and I expected more than a sink, mini fridge, and coffee in the kitchen for the price.
We stayed here to break up our trip home from Gettysburg and it was great! When we checked in we were given 4 complimentary bottles of water (one for each of us) which was greatly appreciated and were told that there was hot cocoa, lemonade and coffee free to guests as well. The room was clean and close to the pool which we loved. The pool was a nice size, just a little on the cool side. The breakfast was very good but what really stood out were the board games that were available to play. What a great thing to have available. The staff were all friendly and helpful. If we find our way back there we will definitely stay there again!
I though the breafast was very good. We stayed in a comfort inn the night before and it couldn't compare to the breakfast at your hotel.
The fire alarm evacuation was annoying. It was nice to see the fire truck arrive is under 5 minutes.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, peaceful, and a short drive from downtown Mystic. There is a bank, pizzaria, diner, and formal Italian restaurant all within a block from the hotel. They offered a nice lemonade in the lobby.
The breakfast potatoes were very old as were the bruised bananas and the oatmeal was very watery.
Our room was great. The breakfast was good, with plenty of coffee and drinks all day and the staff were more than helpful when needed. Plus the location was great.
The toilet in our room was low for my mom and there were no bars to help her get up. Maybe put in a bar on wall next to toilet for assistance.
It was clean and there was ample parking.
The toilet was too low.
The room was surprisingly large which was nice. We enjoyed the easy access to netflix on the TV. Breakfast was good and ready early. Having coffee and hot water accessible 24 hours was nice. The hotel was quiet at night which was a plus. The location was perfect for our planned activities in Mystic.
I didn't know the hotel was being renovated. We didn't have access to the fitness room which I would have used. There was also a lot of noise during the day from the work being done down the hall. The workers on our floor stopped and stood in the doorway and stared when we walked by with our daughters. They were speaking Spanish so I don’t know what they were saying or if they were saying anything to us. It made me uncomfortable. Their being on the floor working is one thing, stopping and stepping into the hall and staring is unacceptable.
The price was high for the reduced availability to.some of the hotel amenities.
The bathroom sink and shower were designed for tall people.
The location and the indoor pool.
The hotel was being renovated and we were not told in advance.
