Nothing fancy but a solid experience.
Pros:

The staff were really nice. Pool was good, clean and our child liked swimming. Close to everything we wanted to do.

Cons:

It’s obviously dated and in the process of being updated so it was loud but I do feel like the staff were making the best of it

Good location but under major rennovations!
Pros:

Close to all the sites and restaurants. Nice room with breakfast included

Cons:

This hotel is under Major renovations!! Its loud, dusty. One entry way was being completely blocked from construction Workers going in and out with machinery. It was loud. No breakfast seatimg to eat Your breakfast. It was grab and go. This was not advertised. Im assuming it was in small print somewhere.

It was great
Pros:

Everything was great and amenities plus 24/7 coffee and hot cocoa bar and breakfast included. Manager constantly checked in via message throughout stay.

Cons:

The pool was freezing even though it was supposed to be heated.

please tell me why the shower looked like this when we first got into our room, yhe pics are after shower was used. all i can say is ew. also not any of our hair in the third pic. do better!!!

Very Nice stay
Pros:

We arrived on the Thursday before a snow storm was predicted for Saturday night in to Sunday. We were supposed to stay until Sunday. Came to the area to go to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods casinos. Check in was easy. Staff very nice. As we saw the storm was definitely going to impact our travel we decided to check out early on Saturday and head home on our 5 hr drive home. Even though we booked 3 nights on a special rate they only charged us for the 2 we stayed. Breakfast was good rooms clean and spacious. We stayed in a king studio room. Casinos about 20 mins away. Alot cheaper than to stay at the Hampton Inn Mystic. We will be back!

ללילה אחד בדרך המלון היה מאד נח ונעים
Pros:

החדרים היו נקיים ומרווחים קיבלנו 2 חדרים עם דלת מקשרת ומיטות כמו שביקשנו
בריכה קטנה ומחוממת וארוחת בוקר אמריקאית ומשביעה
הצוות היה נחמד ועזר
היה מושלג בחוץ אז לא יצאנו הזמנו אוכל למלון הלובי היה מזמין

Cons:

הדבר היחיד זה המזגן הרועש בחדר אבל כיבינו אותו כי לא היה צורך החדרים היו מחוממים

AWESOME STAYCATION! WILL BE BACK!
Pros:

Everyone was so nice and friendly. The breakfast had a very nice selection to choose from. The hot chocolate bar was awesome and open all day/night along with coffee/tea. The lobby had a wonderful fireplace with different games to play and a book section to enjoy. The pool area was very nice with a hot shower in the pool area to rinse off and well as a shower in the bathrooms!

Daughter got badly burned on fireplace next to kids games
Pros:

Amenities were what we needed for a decent price . I liked the hotel and would be open to staying here again

Cons:

My daughter got badly burned on the fireplace that’s right next to the children’s games. There’s only one tiny warning sign and it was covered by pumpkin decorations . No protective gate or larger sign. It looks like an electric fireplace so it didn’t appear to be scalding hot . Stay away and keep children away!

Overpriced, dirty bathroom, but good location.
Pros:

Nice extras in the lobby - hot cocoa, coffee, dog treats, water.

Cons:

Front desk staff was nice but distracted by what seemed like personal phone. Gross bathroom - dirty walls with weird syrupy goop. Mattress was worn out. Overall, this was not worth the very steep price of $250. Felt like 2-star hotel.

Overall my stay was okay but I would spend a little more money on a better accommodation.
Pros:

The continental breakfast was great and had a large array of choices. The lobby was cleaned and always smelled fresh. We didn't use the pool or the fitness center, but both appeared clean and a decent size. We arrived early, and the staff was very nice to let us check in early at no additional fee.

Cons:

The beds weren't very comfortable, and the AC did not work very well, even after calling the front desk twice. The elevators always sounded like they were going to break down, which was a bit concerning. Finally, the location wasn't the best, which isn't their fault, but it's on a major road, and the surrounding area isn't pretty to look at, which is an Ace Hardware, a bank, and a trailer park.
