Pros:

Pěkné čisté ubytování, s výhledem do krajiny. V ceně parkování u ubytování, bazén, sauna.

Nice clean accommodation, with a view of the countryside. Parking at the accommodation, swimming pool, sauna included in the price.

Cons:

Ve vybavení kuchyně nebyl žádný nůž. První noc začalo velmi nahlas vrčet topení, po nahlášení nám přinesli malý přímotop a standartní topení vypnuli, takže vyřešeno. Jeden večer jsem zapomněl v bazénové šatně na věšáku plavky, když jsem se po nich ráno sháněl, nikdo nic nevěděl, plavky se nenašly. Nebyly úplně levné. Moje chyba, ano, ale....

There was no kitchen knife. The first night the heater started to growl very loudly, after reporting it they brought us a small direct heater and turned off the standard heater, so it was solved. One evening I forgot my swimsuit on a hanger in the pool changing room, when I looked for it in the morning, no one knew anything, the swimsuit was not found. It was not exactly cheap. My fault, yes, but....

Ok cheap hotel. Some staff great. Some terrible
Pros:

Pool was nice and quiet. Check out staff were lovely.

Cons:

Check in staff were arrogant and rude. Could not get dinner in restaurant after 8pm

I am professional traveller, I am every week in some hotel, but to be honest this hotel is really gem, everything here is just perfect, my family enjoyed totally everything rooms are warm, super clean modern equipped, beds Are very comfortable, and I need to really mention reception stuff, they were really amazing, they helped me many times, super profesionals, also warm pool was amazing with great opening hours from early morning till late night and position of hotel is just amazing You can go ski directly from hotel, I hope I will come soon again:)
