Staff at front desk were exceptionally friendly. Had the pool all to ourselves

Just wish they had waffles, but they did have a nice pancake machine for fresh pancakes!!

Good facility, horrible staff
Pros:

It was clean and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

For whatever reason the night clerk apparently checked us out at 644 in the morning. They started knocking on our door at 745 and then calling the room. Even after we confirmed that we were still in the room the staff still knocked on the door several more times. Ruined what should have been a nice stay

Wouldn’t stay here again.
Cons:

Staff seemed to be inexperienced & worked too slow at check in creating long lines at front desk. Only one elevator was working for the entire five floors also creating long waiting lines at times.

New hotel in a very bad area

Brand new building very clean

Cons:

Horrible area! A homeless man was being arrested, just outside the hotel for trying to steal a woman’s suitcase as she was walking in… two police cars. That was the welcome that I received for check-in. The area is frightening. There are no restaurants to eat at as I was checking in at 9:30 PM. I had to drive 20 minutes away to find somewhere to eat.
