Pros:

Everything, very nice and clean, pool was great , room was large plenty of space. Employees were great!

Cons:

The sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable, could feel every spring in 404.

Muy limpio algunas de la recepcionistas son agradables y muy amable muchas hablan español y es bueno para nosotros los habla hispana comunicarnos con nuestra lengua materna

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó es que llegue en la madrugada del 1 de enero 2026 y no me dieron habitación y me tocó irme con mi familia a pasar la noche en otro hotel y fue un gasto adicional que de alguna manera nos arruinó nuestro primer día

After the check in process, it was great.

The room and breakfast was great.

Cons:

The front desk gentleman did not seem to know what he was doing. He had about five or six people waiting to check in and had an issue with everyone’s booking. One person-he wasn’t able to find the reservation and then was trying to book it but he didn’t know which rooms had jacuzzi’s and they wanted a jacuzzi. He had to call the housekeeper and ask. He couldn’t get my keycard program so he offered to walk me to the room and I said absolutely not and that my husband and daughter were in the car. He was literally going to take me to my room while all those other people were still waiting to be helped. I felt it was very inappropriate and felt uncomfortable with him even offering that.
