We only stayed one night and enjoyed our time there. Breakfast was an extra but worth it.
Pros:

rooms clean, staff friendly and good location

Cons:

We were in a family room for five people (three adults). Only four bath towels and two bath robes were provided. The tea tray only had two coffee/tea cups. Clearly an oversight but once we contacted reception they brought the extra towel and coffee/tea cup very promptly.

Pros:

Temizliği, çalışanların kibarlığını beğendim.

Cons:

Kahvaltısı daha çeşitli olabilirdi. Otoparkı ücretli olması çok saçmaydı. Ayrıca elektrikli araç şarj yeri varmış ama uzun zamandır arızalıymış.

I would definitely return. Great location and staff.
Pros:

Front desk staff was outstanding, regretfully i do not remember a name of the man who was checking us in, but he was a real asset to the hotel, very pleasant, helpful and professional! He checked us in, provided us with maps, directions, useful tips, called taxi for us, made reservations at restaurant... and all that with a smile! Also, breakfast buffet was very nice, I liked the incorporation of local pastries and sweets. Twice we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was also delicious.

Cons:

I would have welcomed umbrellas by the pool, the sun was scorching and there was no shade. Also, it would be nice if the pool was opened little longer, 21:00, even 22:00. Some days we came late from sightseeing and a dip in the pool would feel nice.
Cleaning crew repeatedly did not replace glasses, coffe cups and coffee. Sometimes they did took the dirty ones but left us with nothing, sometimes they left dirty ones without cleaning or taking them. Hope this helps to correct the issue.

Good to stay only if you need somewhere to come at night and sleep
Pros:

Quick check-in, professional and very cooperative staff, and quick services. The ice dispenser in our floor corridor ( probably in all floors) was a positive.

Cons:

The swimming pool is too small. Dimensions are probably 3x4 meters maximum. The outdoor facilities, on the roof, are very very limited, almost none.

Pros:

We checked in into the hotel very early after a night on the ferry. Our room was ready, so, at no extra cost, we could move in hours before the regular time.. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Rich breakfast on the 7th floor, in good surroundings.

I would add more umbrellas around the pool. +adding more USB outlets in the rooms

Great deal for families
Pros:

We had a wonderful family stay at the hotel for 4 nights while visiting Athens. The location was convenient (for both trains and taxis), breakfast fantastic, and the staff and hotel management were helpful. The double bed rooms are good for families.

Struttura veramente bella, con servizi eccellenti
Il ristorante al 7 piano cucina ottimi piatti ed il personale è sempre pronto ad accogliere le tue richieste.
Le colazioni sono davvero ottime con pasticceria eccellente e succo spremuto direttamente dalle arance visibili durante la spremitura.
Ottima e abbondante la scelta anche per chi ama il salato.
Struttura a pochi passi dalla stazione metro.
Ottimale per visitare il centro di Atene.
Tra la metro e l'hotel si trova un piccolo centro commerciale a buoni prezzi per le eventuali necessità quotidiane.
