Pros:

Perfect location with sea-view (and balcony) Balcony room foes not have much of sun.
Good continental breakfast.
Many stairs first to reception, then more to the rooms.

Cons:

Over-furnitured room, difficult to move around and place bags.
Balcony umbrellas operated remote from reception. Some days we got new water, other not, same for coffee capsules.
