No funciona la calefacción no funcionan las tarjetas magnéticas

El hotel es muy lindo esta bien ubicado
La atencion del personal es Excepcional se desviven por atenderte

Cons:

1.Las tarjetas magnéticas se desmagnetizan todo el tiempo! En mi caso llegaba al segundo piso y cuando quería entrar habitación no funcionaba y tenía que volver a tomar ascensor y bajar y asi 4 veces!
Me canso ese tema!

2. Deje la calefacción prendida y tienen un regulador de temperatura qué es de mentira porque a las 12 de la noche me desperté temblando de frio, resulta que salia aire frío, el selector estaban en calefacción pero habían apagado todo el ala de edificio dejaron sin calefacción y ahí me enteré que el selector no sirve. Los pasillos estaban calefaccionados pero todo el ala de mi habitación habían desconectado la calefacción!
No había mas que una colcha finita
Me resfríe a raíz de semejante enfriamiento
Intentaron cambiarme de pieza .pero en el sector ninguna funcionaba por ende me subieron un caloventor y una frazada.
Con lo que cobraron por 1 noche 230.000
Uno espera tener las calefacción en condiciones hacia realmente frío.

Fallaron en lo básico, la remontaron con amabilidad

Cons:

El hotel se quedó sin calefacción y el agua caliente era tibia
En un primer intento me ofrecieron un calentador eléctrico pero no lo acepté por la alta tarifa del hotel y entonces me dieron el calentador y me reconocieron una disminución de la tarifa y me bonificaron el desayuno, pero si no protestaba pagaba una tarifa de 5 estrellas para un confort más cercano al de un camping
