Very good, better than expected.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, very good choice. Lovely staff.

Cons:

The directions to hotel, we got lost and other people staying said the same. The website needs to say this hotel is part of the A55 services. The turnoffs are very close together so clearer directions.
