Staff couldn’t do enough for us food was amazing

Room got very warm during the night and we couldn’t work out how to get the temperature down other than open the window.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff especially Veronica who looked after us in the restaurant when we had an evening meal was excellent, friendly and professional. Veronica on reception was also very helpful.
Something very little, but the pillows were too firm. I felt there should be two soft abd two firm, this way there is a choice.

It was hard to fault our one night stay on the way to Holyhead.We will certainly recommend our relations to use your Hotel. We also stayed in Shewsbury on our way to Gosport earlier
The Breakfast staff were delightful especially Garman. He couldn't be more helpful and polite. A very good member of your team. Deborah on reception was very helpful too, friendly and chatty.

The description how to get to the Inn coming from the West - we spent extra time getting to you !
Also, the Exit is not well signed, and Room 219 is on the 1st floor which was illogical to us !
