Inadequate television channels, Human chimneys making too much noise at the front of the hotel.....
Friendly staff, convenient location
Breakfast was good, had to wait for baked beans, ran out of croissants and fried eggs.
The corridor we stayed in smelt of tobacco such a disappointment.
Great location, evening meals were excellent., breakfast disappointing, only ever warm, the food was not hot enough and at £15.99 each and paying for 2 a day, anx a 3 day stay, the best part of £100, , however the rest great, I will definitely stay again, just go somewhere else for breakfast .
Breakfast was no more than warm, disappointing as I had pre payed for it.
We were there for a wedding nearby and the staff were so helpful given the number of us staying! Reception, kitchen and bar staff were great, nothing was too much trouble.
We arrived as expected close to 2 am and we have been checked in by competent and courteus person . The rooms were comfy and the breakfast beyond expectations
We did ask at booking time for rooms close to reception or a lift , as we have limited mobility. This request has been totally unattended . Our rooms were close to each other but at the very end of a corridor. All other rooms were closer to reception.

If travelling towards wales easy to get too , if travelling opposite way towards Chester not easy to get too across the dual carriageway!
Firstly the staff, yes they were all extremely professional, they are the most friendliest hotel staff we have experienced in a long time and we are regular travellers. They made us so welcome. The rooms were spotless, breakfast and lunch were exceptional. Would highly recommend.

I've stayed in IHG properties around the world and the buffet breakfast here was outstanding in both quality and presentation, as were the female staff on duty in the restaurant. Attentive, friendly and professional. Compliments to chef Jools!
A minor point, but the double bed was on the short side and I found myself having to lie diagonally to get comfortable. Otherwise the room was fine.
On arrival the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was perfect, with a very comfortable bed.
