Friendly staff
Plugs didn’t fit into plug sockets due to wooden edging of design. Couldn’t work at desk with laptop, couldn’t plug hair straightener in. Only plug they worked in was floor level for a lamp. No socket near chair. No socket or USB port near bed side.
Shower pressure was poor.

Prices are TOO EXPENSIVE, good room, OVERWORKED STAFF FOR DINNER, PITIFUL, I have 25 years experience in catering and POOR service for all.
Company cutting corners, therefore staff running around, BAD.
Ciaran, the night clerk on the desk was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming for my almost 1am check in! The room was spacious, clean and the shower was good. I had a restful 6 hour sleep before I was on the road again, without time for breakfast unfortunately.
I didn't like that I didn't have the time to get breakfast. But that was not the fault of the hotel!

Room had some fair ware & tair to include some staining in the bottom of the bath.

Upstairs were loud
Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the staff were extremely attentive. I had dinner in a super clean open and well lit restaurant, the food was very good. The breakfast was exceptional, beautifully presented and very tasty.

I would have liked to of had a room with a walk in shower
Location was handy for my needs - it was near the area I was in for a workshop, so really convenient. Very spacious room and great breakfast.
The only issue although not the hotels fault, was that the fire alarm was accidentally set off during the night, however the issue was dealt with immediately.
