Close to busy road
Good location for us for North Wales and the outlets nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and happy to help.
Breakfast was too expensive for us at £16.95 a person so we didn't try it.
The rooms are very dated but functional - the reception team said the AC was in "winter mode" which meant it could only heat and not cool (it said our room was 29 degrees at one point) - sorted with a fan, but still not ideal.
Location but particularly the staff shone out and worked very hard in all areas helping each other to keep it all going. Rooms were lovely and spacious and very clean. Would recommend.

Great location, fabulous staff - in particular the older lady when checking in who went above and beyond (sorry I didn't get her name), also the lady who greeted us for breakfast - absolute credit to your team.
The mattress is far too soft - couldn't really sleep due to pain - I have 20 screws in my spine and can only tolerate medium/firm mattresses. Yours was abnormally soft.
Convenient really clean and the staff were absolutely amazing dinner was fantastic and breakfast was yum
The lift was very old and creakey and decor was a bit outdated and could hear people upstairs
