Myself and my partner stayed at The Holiday Inn a55 on 30th July as we were visiting family in Chester. We arrived late due to coming after work. We were greeting by a lovely lady called Jacqui. She was very professional and explained our visit and amenities. Very friendly and she is clearly very good at her job. I hope she is appreciated because she made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you Jacqui. We will be staying again when we are back in the area.

Location very handy off A55, traffic noise not a problem. Staff were really friendly, especially the gentleman at breakfast! Bed very comfy, rooms well equipped and clean.
Food wasn't great. Lots of flies around pastries!

This is the second time we have stayed here and for the same reasons as last time, customer service is excellent, the staff are so helpful and friendly. The facilities are great, bar area is great and a lovely atmosphere. Spotlessly clean, rooms are very nice, everything you need, beds are very comfortable and great location. Would highly recommend.

Staff very helpful, and accommadating. Made sure everything was as it should be ..had pizza for dinner and it was lovely
Not staff fault however fire alarm went off at 4am ish due to someone smoking in room , had to evacuate hotel and couldn’t get back to sleep . Staff very apologetic and helpful on situation .
Food for brekkie could have been a little hotter but tasty !

A fire alarm went off at 4:30am, due to a customer smoking in a room. Staff dealt with it as quickly as possible and it was not their fault, but it did interrupt our sleep significantly. We also found the beds very hard.
