Pros:

A warm welcome by Deborah who made sure we got a table to eat in the restaurant at short notice before it closed. Gabriela was a very attentive staff member in the restaurant. Clean, modern, and although based near the A55, it was quiet for a good nights rest.

The service provided by all staff was outstanding throughout our short overnight stay.

Easy to book but expensive for the age and fabric of the building.

Pleasant staff, terrible power source design
Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

Plugs didn’t fit into plug sockets due to wooden edging of design. Couldn’t work at desk with laptop, couldn’t plug hair straightener in. Only plug they worked in was floor level for a lamp. No socket near chair. No socket or USB port near bed side.
Shower pressure was poor.
Very warm and no air circulation
