Very good hotel, friendly staff, good restaurant and bar. Excellent breakfast. Good value for money
I cannot get over how accommodating and lovely the staff are at this Holiday Inn, our car broke down on the motorway, luckily we could drive into the Holiday Inn car park at around 10:30pm, where we were greeted by the nicest staff Jacqui on Front of House who was just an incredible human and the lovely Gary on the bar. We were able to pay for a room as they had availability and they were just so helpful and caring. The next day we went for breakfast where we were greeted by Dylan on Front of House who again the most loveliest person and Marinella in the restaurant who went above and beyond for my Gluten allergy. Thank you to all the amazing staff. An asset to the brand!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay – Wonderful Staff!
We had such a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn Chester – A55!
We arrived quite late at around 10:40pm and were greeted at reception by the lovely Jacqui, who was exceptionally welcoming, attentive, kind and friendly. After a long journey, it was so nice to receive such a warm welcome.
Later, we came down to the bar and were greeted again by Jacqui, along with the equally lovely Sharon. They poured our drinks and took the time to chat with us about Chester, giving us some great recommendations for things to see and do during our visit. We really appreciated their local knowledge and the time they took to speak with us.
We were also very grateful to be offered a late check-out, which meant we could enjoy a relaxed morning and get ready for our day without feeling rushed.
The hotel itself was comfortable and welcoming, but it was genuinely the wonderful service from Jacqui and Sharon that made our stay stand out. They are both a credit to the hotel and made us feel incredibly welcome.
Overall, an exceptional stay.
We would absolutely recommend the Holiday Inn Chester – A55 and would definitely stay here again when visiting Chester.
