Lady at reception Debra was very accommodating. She went out of her way to arrange an evening meal.
When the restaurant was about to close. Very polite and well manned lady. As were most of the staff.

This one caught me off guard!
As an IHG member I use this chain a lot, I’ve used Them all over the world, Germany, Norway, USA etc, but this was the best experiance I’ve had at an IHG hotel.
Firstly; it’s largely down to Garmon, his attention to detail and warm welcome is something you just don’t get from a big name hotel, it was like we’d been coming years, but it was our first (and not last!) visit! He was great with the girls, did exactly as he said he would and made the stay enjoyable from start to finish.
Secondly, the Room (Alyn suite) was clean and had all the amenities you needed. Cool aircon, comfy bed and a fridge was a nice addition.
The breakfast was the best also, fresh to order items, beautifully laid out, clean, fresh, perfect start to the day
Honesty, blown away by this place for a Chain hotel at the side of a busy road. Well done team, absolutely worth a stay and we will come back!

Food was too much volume.
A warm welcome by Deborah who made sure we got a table to eat in the restaurant at short notice before it closed. Gabriela was a very attentive staff member in the restaurant. Clean, modern, and although based near the A55, it was quiet for a good nights rest.
We chose the hotel for the proximity to the people we were visiting. So perfect spot. The staff were so friendly. Very happy with our stay
