Pros:

The hotel staff was nice, polite and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast menu had several varieties. The hotel is also close to a lot of shopping areas.

Номер большой, дали высокий этаж.
Есть обычные российские розетки и входы для проводов, переходник не нужен. Дают только чай в пакетиках.
Хороший кофе на шведском столе
В номере мягкий ковёр и дают тапочки

Cons:

Плохая уборка, липкие грязные столы,порвана простынь, некоторые бумажки, обертки как валялись так и валялись . На первом этаже нет уборной, то есть если ждёшь трансфер в или из аэропорта это очень неудобно. Оказывается МЛЖНО БЫЛО БРАТЬ БИЛЕТИКИ В БАССЕЙН В СОСЕДНЕМ ЗДАНИИ. Узнала об этом уже при выезде, случайно услышала как группа детей из России собирается в бассейн. Поэтому просите сразу эти карточки дать, а то они благополучно промолчат. В душевой плесень по стенам.
Нет ни тарелок ни ложек чайных, холодильника тоже нет.
На завтраке дают вареную в мундирах картошку, сырую морковку, пытаются делать европейские блюда типа картофельной запеканки - получается смех и ужас.
Из европейского круассаны маленькие, есть бекон жареный. Из фруктов были бананы, арбуз и дыня и персики КОНСЕРВИРОВАНЫЕ.
Сладкой выпечки нет.

Удобное расположение - минута до метро, час до центра. Приятный район с современным тц, вблизи много мест, чтобы покушать. Рядом парк.
Особенно понравилось, что на завтрак можно взять европейскую еду.
В номере были панорамные окна.

I traveled to Holiday Inn Express Beijing Wangjing Center by IHG for work. However, the hotel has changed its name to Holiday Inn Express Beijing Huacai. This caused considerable confusion because Google Maps still shows two different hotel locations under similar names, approximately 4 km apart. As a result, I got lost at night and had difficulty finding my way back. This was particularly challenging because many international travelers rely on Google Maps, while local navigation in China is primarily based on Chinese apps and platforms.

In addition, I was required to pay more than the amount shown in my booking confirmation during check-in. The additional charge was explained as taxes and service fees, but this was not clearly communicated in advance.

Another issue occurred when I asked the front desk to help book a taxi. Unfortunately, the receptionist provided the wrong destination address, which caused inconvenience and delayed my trip.

Pros:

Good location, next door to a shopping center with some food options. Ok for one night before the flight ;)

Cons:

Swimming pool is not in the hotel. You have to walk to a sports centre in a completely different building across the street.

I think there were bed bugs in my room. I was bitten all over my legs that night :(
