Pros:

J'ai tout aimé. Chambre énorme, literie ultra confortable, hotel d'une propreté inouie, toutes les commodités, un personnel au petit soin et collé au metro. La piscine semi olympique . Top niveau. Mention spéciale à la reception, a madame Lyu Jin Yun qui faisait ma chambre chaque jour avec méticulosité et au directeur monsieur Bai Yu Tai et son subordonné monsieur Liu Jin Yan qui etaient a l'ecoute de nos moindres désirs

Pros:

Service is excellent. Staff have done a great job keeping the room clean as well as promptly responding to my other service calls.
Location is very convenient. Desk area is bright and spacious, great for working on a business trip. Hotel shows sign of aging though. Bedroom layout is a bit awkward. I would suggest replacing carpet with engineered wood floor for the next renovation, which can make a big difference given there are not many luxury hotels in Zhongguancun area.
