Pros:

Great location for walking to the Olympic Park and close to line 8/15 subway station for easy access to the rest of the city. Room was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Wide selection of Chinese and other breakfast foods, and good quality coffee.

Cons:

At check-in, I was asked a few times to show a visa, and the staff didn't seem to believe I didn't have or need one. All were very polite and apologetic, so it wasn't a big deal, but it was a little embarrassing.

Pros:

Room is big, spacious and clean. Truly very accessible to Birds Nest, around 10 minutes walk and you'll be there. Towels were also provided at the gym.

Cons:

A little bit expensive comparing to other hotels in China, but it was an extremely comfortable stay.

Location excellent.. Staff lovely!! Phone in room didn’t work- told staff several times- nothing done. Unable to stream to the Smart TV for English speaking channels but there were some great English speaking channels higher up - which found later in hol!! Bell men that open the car doors are absolutely adorable! So friendly and lovely memories!! Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

No bar. No music. Executive lounge open for a few hours and had to pay to get in. The coffee shop /bar in the lobby did serve alcohol and food and some music. Overall there was very little reason to stay for a night in at the hotel itself. Spa lovely but expensive. Ate In restaurant one night which was okay , food okay but huge price in comparison to excellent food in the restaurants in the shopping malls for fraction of price. Beijing is not expensive but facilities at this hotel are. Though the overall cost of the stay was reasonable. Facilities within are not. Felt empty most of time…

very good, I will come back again.
Pros:

the location is excellent. room is very large and nice, good view. service is very good. cleaning staffs are very good, they remember my habit about pillow. The Chinese restaurant is super, cook and service both excellent, I would recommend it.

Cons:

The steam room near lady changing room is damaged, only 35 degrees during my stay, which is 2 weeks. Pity.

Cons:

AC not working (29degrees) couldn’t sleep and suddenly charged triple the people, including reception and concierge did not speak English; lights were flickering and window couldn’t be closed so pollution and noise

Good, not Internet should be better
Pros:

Modern, fashionable, good facilities. I liked the hotel is interconnected with the China Convention Center - convenient

Cons:

Terrible wi-fi. It works one day and not the other.
The receptionist just blocked the amount from my bank card including the deposit with zero information. I arrived at 5am in the morning and of course just paid no attention when it was deducted.

A must to come back and or find another Incontinental Beijing Hotel in another area . But not necessary
Pros:

100% first class. Top to bottom. The Staff were impressively kind and courteous! The location turned out better than i anticipated. With all the Beijing Olympic structures in tact. And the fitness gym was very well equipped, impressive
