My stay was excellent, but I especially enjoyed my breakfast: the quality and the variety of food were great.
Far away from city centre and tourist spots. Not suggesting to live in this hotel except for business in this business zone.
The carpet in the room was stained, which was not a pleasing sight.
Plus the property needs an upgrade of switches and fixtures.
+ Receptionists and concierge were always helpful. They made for a most pleasing stay.
+ Housekeeping Chinese elderly lady was responsive and service was in impeccable!
+ Breakfast was awesome because of the sufficiently wide spread, with something for everyone. Waiters and cooks manning the various stations were responsive & helpful.
+ beds & room were comfortable.
- gym located at B1 was old & seemed to be part of the backend operations of the hotel.

Good room and very nice breakfast
Lobby has no atmosphere. The WiFi was very poor which is unacceptable for any five star hotel. There's also very few restaurants and shops in walking distance from the hotel.
Nothing really up to my expectation.
Rooms are too old, services are not good - I asked for a power adaptor but the first response is not available without even checking.

Hot water was with low pressure and as well I had to wait some minutes when it become really hot.
Low quality internet. I booked a room for 2 person, but breakfast was for 1 person only.

Dirty. Smokey everywhere. Inspite of no smoking signs . No control no management! Room smell of smoke constantly! Smoke even coming through the aircon. Aircon not cold not effective!
Carpet was dirty, room smelt of cigarette smoke, bed was lumpy. all looked old
