Měla jsem pokoj, který měl spojovací dveře s vedlejším pokojem a přes ně bylo hodně slyšet :-(

Relativně hezký a čistý hotel bohužel s vysokou cenou.
Pros:

Celkem hezky vybavený hotel, čisto, fajn snídaně, parkovaní hned u hotelu. Bezvadná slečna na recepci.

Cons:

Přestřelená cena bez snídaně. Naštěstí šla dokoupit zvlášť ale za tu cenu bych čekala snídani v ceně.

Tento hotel jsem pro své cesty využívala pravidelně mnoho let, ale asi si najdu pro budoucí cesty jiný. Zklamání je veli

Lokalita a čistota

Cons:

Absolutně podchlazený pokoj, což při venkovní teplotě kolem nuly nebylo vůbec příjemné a ani po několika urgencích nedošlo k navýšení teploty. Nepomohl ani přídavný přímotop. Pokud se hotel snaží šetřit na energiích, měl by to předem avizovat včetně teploty v pokojích. Cena za ubytování pro mě byla za takových okolností neadekvátní.

I think this is the best hotel in Ostrava.
Pros:

Great parking, great access from the parking lot into the lobby. It’s just like your average business class hotel in Houston. Good food, good beer, very good staff. (Much better better than Houston. :)

Cons:

Sometimes they slap two single beds together and make it look like a king size bed, then in the middle of the night you end up falling on the floor in between :)
