Que mi esposa tuvo un accidente por su mestruación , al salir entendí que se me hiciera un cargo por la limpieza pero nunca un precio de 180.000 pesos que por un desmanche cuando eso debería estar incluído en el valor de la reserva , como aclaro FUE UN ACCIDENTE DE UNA MUJER , que como toda mujer sufre por su mestruación
Lo sospechoso del asunto es que tanto la recepcionista como el valet parking se transforma entre efectivo y descuento de tarjeta de este importe
Si hay reglas en cuanto a eso deberian ser precios razonables , la final lo único que van a hacer es poner la sábana y la toalla manchada en cloro para su desinfección y limpieza pero ni nuevos esos elementos cuestan 180.000 pesos

Good, but very slow to respond to a payment error which I found very poor service.
Pros:

Good location, and quiet
Good breakfasts
Comfortable room

Didn’t particularly like the decor
My stay was marred by a pre arrival payment which I feared was a scam because it was paid to Hotel Egina not LeManoir ( and it wasn’t clear that they were the same thing.
And then because I had changed my payment card I gave the new number and a duplicate payment was taken, and it had taken me three weeks to get it repaid which I found unacceptable, and which caused unnecessary stress.
Therefore I was not at all happy with the administration of this hotel , which isa pity because it was otherwise a nice place to stay. I won’t be using it again

Quiet, value for money, and really good breakfast included.
Pros:

We've stayed here twice. I love how quiet the neighbourhood is and how comfortable the beds are. Staff is friendly.

Cons:

My reservation got automatically cancelled because my arrival was at midnight. The property should've called to confirm before cancelling. Luckily, I could solve it with a call to your call center.

EXCELENTE OPCION DE ALOJAMIENTO EN EL SECTOR NORTE DE BOGOTA
Pros:

La amabilidad de su personal y que al realizar la solicitud previa a través de la plataforma de posibilidad de Check in antes de las 15:00 horas, me ayudaron y pude realizar el proceso a las 14:00 horas que requería para cambiarme y llegar a tiempo a mi compromiso inicial.
