Debe mejor baño sanitario cambiarlo por uno más moderno
Excelente ubicación, cerca a vías principales, tiendas, parques y restaurantes. El personal muy amable y formal. El desayuno considero que deberían ampliar las opciones, muy básico. El hotel es muy lindo, tienen muy bien cuidado cada detalle de las zonas sociales, acorde a su estilo, espectacular.
Las instalaciones del baño muy antiguas, se veía el detalle de los años y requieren cambio lo antes posible. Le han invertido en las zonas sociales del hotel, pero considero que las instalaciones de las habitaciones deberían darles prioridad, ya que los huéspedes en realidad es ahí donde pasan mayor tiempo.
The entrance is really fancy and staff from lobby is really greatful to meet. They are helpful and responsive.
I could not sleep, fridge inside the room ws very noisy but also I could hear everything outside my room, I could hear everyone's doors shutting and it was imposible to possible. And also the bathroom is wrongly desgined becuase one shower was enough to have the bathromm flooded

Nos cancelaron estando al ingreso del hotel, nos enviaron un correo diciendo que el hotel no tenía servicio de luz (mentira) , se había realizado la reserva con anticipación. Dañaron nuestra experiencia de viaje.

2da vez que lo visito, y ambas ocasiones fue muy cómodo hospedar acá. Debo ademas agradecer y felicitar al caballero que con mucha calma, nos buscó hasta el 3er piso y nos guío en la evacuación durante el terremoto de Agosto 2026. Muchas gracias!

Its overpriced for what you get
Esta muy bien ubicado, en una zona muy segura de bogota, hay restaurantes en la zona y cerca de medios de transporte. Nos gustó mucho el estilo del hotel, con cuadros por todos lados. La atencion del personal es excelente. Volvería a este hotel.
Cuando te bañas se salpica el agua afuera de la ducha, y hay un poco de indicios de humedad, pero para nada grave.
