Beautiful hotel.
Pros:

The decor was amazing. The breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious. There is a park nearby great for kids.

Cons:

The pool is cold, it would be nice if it could be heated.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious,clean and comfortable but the food is horrible,very spicy and made specifically for South Indians.They cannot provide customised food.The breakfast was terrible, and our experience with Abhilash was very horrible.

Cons:

The food and our selection of the hotel.Should have opted for other hotel like ITC Windsor, Taj.

Horrible.
Cons:

Internet not working
Adjacent room had noises till 5 am and even on reporting to the hotel they didn’t do anything.
It was a struggle with young kids the whole night while you have multiple people making noise throughout the night .

Awkwardly positioned Rooms, Balcony is a storeroom
Pros:

The property is beautifully located and I liked the food.

Cons:

The rooms are so awkwardly designed, they sell balcony rooms where balconies are like a storeroom, no ventilation, closed box and staring at the breakfast place through weird windows. They do have rooms with balconies facing outwards and with ventilation (like a proper balcony) but God knows who they give it to. We stayed there twice, and got awkwardly positioned rooms.

The service staff is pathetic too, they charge money for 2 people and keep dental kits etc only for one person, try asking and wait for another hour to get it!

My partner and I do staycations and this has been really bad an experience.

Amazing and memorable stay, fantastic service, friendly staff
Pros:

I found the staff to very very friendly and welcoming.

I would like to recognize the following staff members for being incredibly helpful: Anjali, Zarmeen, Alwyn (at the front desk) and Sridhar.

A big thank you to the housekeeping team, Madhi (housekeeping head), Ajit, Vikas and Vasikaran for keeping my room neat and tidy.

Abishek at the restaurant was also very hospitable.

I dined at the restaurant, Vembanad with some friends. Got excellent service, very tasty food, fantastic traditional amibience.

Loved the hotel architecture.

Better options exist
Pros:

Location and room specs. Kerala restaurant is good.

Cons:

There was an uninformed pool maintenance which spoiled our 2 days and my kid was very unhappy. Also lunch buffet is not worth. Food it not fresh and variety is low.
