Camere modeste, personal recepție ok, pozitia centrala a hotelului

Cons:

Am luat o mare teapa cu acest hotel. Foarte mizerabil și soios totul, mocheta patata peste tot, miros îmbâcsit și urat, pereții loviți și scorojiti. Hotelul nu este întreținut deloc, imediat cum intri spre camera simți că ai făcut cea mai mare greșeală rezervând aici. Miros de mucegai care provine de la lipsa curateniei si ventilatiei neintretinute. Condițiile insalubre și degradarea spațiilor comune, Mochetă complet compromisă: Holurile de acces către camere prezintă un aspect de-a dreptul de speriat. Mocheta este acoperită în totalitate de pete extinse de murdărie veche, resturi organice și lichide impregnate în țesătură, fiind vizibil neaspirată și neigienizată de o perioadă lungă de timp.Focar de infecție și miros greu: Din cauza acumulării de mizerie din mochete și a lipsei de ventilație, spațiile comune emană un miros pestilențial, creând o atmosferă insalubră și dezolantă, incompatibilă cu o unitate de cazare turistică.
Restaurantul este execrabil și soios, ți se lipește talpa de podea cum ai intrat, foarte soios. Miros de cămin de bătrâni înăuntru.Suporturile pe care stau vasele cu mâncare ruginite și indoite. Daca vrei sa nu îți strici vacanta rezerva in alta parte. Nu știu cum unii au dat scor mare la acest hotel, probabil candva o fi fost un hotel de 10. După experiența familiei mele nu as da nota trei din zece ci ar trebui scos definitiv de pe booking și vizitat de direcția sanitară

On the positive side, the hotel has a gym, the staff cleaned the room while we were out each day, and the room was clean, no bed bugs, lol.

Cons:

The breakfast (eggs and bacon) was far too salty for my taste, and the loud music playing early in the morning made for an unpleasant start to the day. The room and hallway also had a damp, musty smell. I suspect the carpet may have been the cause, though I can't say for certain.
The staff were alright, but I didn't find them particularly warm or hospitable. Overall, the stay was disappointing. I've stayed at better hotels in Belgrade, such as Lumière Hotel, for a similar price, where the overall experience was much better. I was very happy to leave lol.

Zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Deluxe Zimmer im 5. Stock welches sehr groß und schön war. Mir gefiel die Glasfront und die damit verbundene Aussicht auf die belebte Umgebung. Man läuft etwa 25 Minuten zur Fußgängerzone. Busse und Straßenbahnen fahren in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel.

З хорошого можу сказати тільки сніданок

Cons:

Прибрано так собі, під тумбою яблуко знайшли. Приїхали дуже пізно, то не могли знайти готель, бо по розташуванню вело кудись через вулицю. Спробували подзвонити, щоб допомогли, то трубку ніхто не брав. Парковка платна (15€), але щоб до неї дійти, потрібно обійти цілий будинок по вулиці з сумками, бо ліфт, що їздить на паркінг не працює. Досить дивне рішення матове скло між душовою і кімнатою. Не рекомендую цей готель

Very good hotel in that price range.
Pros:

Location was a bit away from the city center, but bus stops were nearby so it was easy to travel around the city by public transport. Supermarket was in the same building, that was very convenient

Cons:

Facilities need a little re-touch by new paint.
