Good hotel - poor service
Pros:

God location and facilities were fine

Cons:

Staff were very rude about the lack of tea making facilities - in 20 plus years of staying in hotels I have never experienced such poor manners and lack of respect. It’s a basic requirement to provide tea making facilities in a hotel and we treated very badly for simply wanting a tea.

Schönes Hotel mit einigen Kritikpunkten
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein sehr ansprechender Bau, man fühlt sich wohl. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Service im Restaurant ist größtenteils sehr angenehm gewesen. Auch das Essen am Abend im Rahmen der Halbpension war meistens sehr lecker, allerdings fehlte uns mehr Gemüse. Der Wellnessbereich ist okay.

Cons:

Die Rezeption war bei der Ankunft von einer extrem unfreundlichen Dame besetzt, was uns sehr erschrocken hat. Solch ein Verhalten haben wir vorher noch nirgends erlebt.
Man sollte wissen, dass sich am Hotel ein Nachtclub befindet, der am Wochenende für Lärm bis spät in die Nacht sorgt.
Im Zimmer gab es viele Abnutzungserscheinungen und der Wasserdruck im Bad / Dusche war nicht ausreichend.

Náš pobyt plně naplnil očekávání.
Pros:

Je vynikající kombinace procházek v přírodě a wellness. Ve wellness čisto, teplo a provozní doba do 21 hod. je také výborná. Stravování včetně servisu bylo také vynikající.

Asi bylo vše v pořádku

Personal top, gute Lage, aber leider Mängel
Pros:

Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal vorallem im Restaurant. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig

Cons:

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, auf den zweiten Blick keine 4 Sterne, man sieht den Reparaturstau.Abendessen bei Halbpension lecker aber überschaubar.

Prima, aber die erwähnten Mängel sollten schnellstmöglich behoben werden vor der Wintersaison.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksangebot war vielseitig. Das Abendmenue war abwechslungsreich und hervorragend zubereitet.
Vom Hotel kann man gut zu Fuß das Zentrum erreichen. Der Einstieg der im Zimmer befindlichen Dusche ist ebenerdig, sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Im Schwimmbad fallen viele kleine Mosaikteile ab und liegen auf den im Wasser befindlichen Sitzbänken. Das ist schon länger ein Problem und wird von den Gästen mehrfach bemängelt. Unverständlich, warum keine Instandsetzung erfolgt. Das trübt die eigentliche sehr gute Gesamtbewertung des Hotels !!!
Wenn das Hotel voll ausgelastet ist, ist das Frühstücksbuffet räumlich zu klein.

Das man bei schlechten Wetter auch um schwenken kann auf Wellness

Cons:

Das Kissen war zu weich nachgefragt ob es ein anderes gibt wurde verneint
Halbpension Frühstück war okay aber Abendessen nur mit Zettel zum ankreuzen
Teilweise ohne Soße sehr trocken
Man hätte sich gewünscht das man auch mal aus der Speisekarte sich was aussuchen kann

Bardzo miły, ciepły pobyt
Pros:

Przytulny hotel, może nie luksusowy, ale było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, przede wszystkim czysto, i miły pomocny personel, szczególnie Pan kelner, smaczne jedzenie i dobra lokalizacja, przyjemny basen i sauna, parking przy budynku.

Die Lage war gut..
Frühstück war gut.
Es gibt alles was man für ein gutes Frühstück braucht.
Das Preis -Leistungsverähltnis stimmt.

Cons:

Es wurde mit high speed Internet geworben aber der Empfang liegt fast bei 0.
Sind alle wach hat man keine Chance auf Internet Empfang.
Fernsehen ist nicht besser.
Liegt angeblich am Wetter..
Wir hatten außer Schnee fast alle Wetterlagen und so gut wie kein W Lan Empfang .
Es gibt schlimmeres, aber Bitte macht doch keine Werbung für high speed W Lan.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.
Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn der Wellnes Bereich den ganzen Tag geöffnet wäre.
Auch das könnte man in der Hotelbeschreibung erwähnen.
