Preis-Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Ein Schönes Hotel, der Wellnessbereich war leider teilweise geschlossen und auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Im Pool lösen sich die Fliesen. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung gut und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Top Hotel im schönen Ort Spindlermühle.
Pros:

Ein schönes stilvolles Haus, das top renoviert wurde. Das Hotel liegt erhaben über dem Ort, so dass man eine wunderbare Sicht hat. Schöner Speiseraum und reichhaltiges, gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Personal war freundlich. Parkplätze stehen direkt am Hotel zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Unser Aufenthalt ganz gut. Wir waren für einen 3 tägigen Skiurlaub da und würden es weiter empfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage und das Personal waren super. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend gut. Skigebiet Hromovka und Svaty Petr sind zu Fuß nur paar Minuten entfernt und in der Nähe gibt es auch viele Restaurants. Als Gast hat man 2 Stunden Spa Zeit mit einem schönen Pool und tollem Bergaussicht.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte ein paar kleine Reparaturbedürfnisse aber nichts wildes.

Für Kurzurlaub geeignet
Pros:

Zimmer für Wochenendausflug ok, Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden.
Frühstück sehr übersichtlich, aber ausreichend. Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz kostenlos. Skiraum vorhanden, abschließbare Skihalter und Skischuhtrockner. Wellnessbereich vorhanden, leider keine Zeit gehabt, diesen zu nutzen.

Cons:

Sauberkeit muss besser werden, Lampe verstaubt, Haare an Fliesen in Dusche, Zahnputzbecher verschmutzt.

Cons:

Na recepci jsme nedostali vůbec žádné informace ohledně wellnes (nedozvíte se je ani na pokoji z brožury). Wellnes je přitom zčásti v ceně. Na pokoji pak bohužel chyběl župan i pantofle. Wellnes byl pak ve výsledku hlučný (spojený s bazénem, kde povykují také děti, kde vchází návštěvníci do sauny v plavkách apod., a odpočinku tedy nemůže být rěč) a neudržovaný (světla v sauně problikávají a připomínají disco). Wellnes a bazénová zóna je přitom základní věc, kterou se hotel při své prezentaci všude chlubí. Snídaně chudé, obsluha zmatená a evidentně unavená. Dle našeho názoru tento hotel pouze profituje ze svého umístění v centru města. Ve skutečnosti zde chybí patřičná péče o něj a o hosty v něm. Bohužel nemůžeme doporučit, a to tím spíše za ceny, které si hotel za ubytování říká.

Komfort/Zimmergrösse entsprach nicht der Angaben auf Booking.com: nur ca. 50% der angegebenen Grösse von 20 qm, Zimmerausblick top, aber Musikbar direkt darunter (laut bis in die Nacht); Bett war etwas zu kurz, Kissen nicht bequem. Warmduschen im Wellnessbereich teilweise eiskalt

Im Großen und ganzen kann man es weiter empfehlen

Lage sehr gut-direkt im Zentrum- Alles gut erreichbar

Cons:

Weihnachtsstimmung ist nicht aufgekommen. Man hätte zum Diner-Menü mehr Weihnachtsmusik und weniger Beleuchtung bringen sollen. So war es wie jedes Abendessen.
Leider kann man keine Deutschen Sender im TV sehen.

Deutschsprachiger freundlicher Service an der Rezeption, Fahrstuhl vorhanden, modernes kleines Zimmer mit viel Stauraum für Kleidung und Taschen, gutes Frühstück, Hunde sind willkommen
