Opry Stay for Couple
Pros:

Check in at the front desk was quick. Ash was great. Hotel room was clean, new, perfect for our 2 night stay. We were in town for the Ole Opry show. We only were in the room at night to sleep. Had breakfast one morning and thought it was good. Waffles are always good!

Refreshed hotel under great management
Pros:

Nicely updated hotel. Great suites and lobby. Housekeeping excellent service and details. Highly recommend for any activity near the Opry.

Doesn't honor diamond staus
Pros:

Not a great customer service experience. Booked 3 rooms for 4 nights and as a diamond member and would not give us a late checkout? Finally gave us 1 hr late for only 1 room. Poor attitude from staff. Will jot be back.

The mid-day front desk staff (Ash) was amazing. Ash made the stay 100 times better.

When we arrived the lobby was full of construction workers yellow tape everywhere it was total disarray my main bitch was I wasn’t notified of this I should have received a discount

My Hotel stay
Pros:

Great service from Ash at checkin friendly , courteous and personable.
Also the hotel has been updated and feels like a new hotel. Everything has that new clean smell.
