Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly

Cons:

The TV was a problem couldn't get Netflix, the staff member who came to fix it wasn't very helpful.

Very pleasant and Convenient for a short stay
Pros:

we used this hotel as overnight stays before heading back to Sth Island
best of all was their 24 hour shuttle service to and from airport which is a very slick operation.
All our requests were answered with courtesy and kindness.
upgraded room was wonderful -super comfy bed and fabulous bathroom and facilities
While listed as an airport hotel you will need other transport to get to Auckland city.

Amazing expt
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay and was so impressed with the level of service throughout. The staff were amazing — friendly, welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

The shuttle service was efficient, punctual, and made travelling to and from the airport completely stress-free.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I really loved the thoughtful touch of having both soft and firm pillow options available.

Thank you again to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable. I truly appreciated the care and hospitality shown during my time there.

변기와 세면대 배수시설이 직접연결되있나?변기물을 내리면 새면대 트랩으로 소리가 콸콸(배수트랩 마개 없어요).침대에 벌래가 있었는지 퇴실 후 손에 물린 자국과 간지러움 발생으로 의료테이프른 부치고 있어요.

Will book again!
Pros:

We booked an overnight room with my husband and newborn baby transiting from domestic to international terminal. The shuttle service was very generous with our 6 oversized luggage and agreed to store 4 pieces for us at no extra cost. We found our room comfortable and clean. Baby wasn't settled during the night so we were glad to not have received any complaints during our stay.

Pros:

Hi, I was able to stay with family members in a connecting room. We were one couple and two singles.
It was very nice and the staff were nice and the complimentary van was welcomed. Yes, it was quiet.

"This hotel offers a free airport shuttle with a short wait time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. As it was our first time in Auckland, the staff were incredibly helpful, giving us great advice on check-in procedures and how much time to allow for our flight. We also dined at the hotel restaurant; the food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable.

Cons:

"The hotel is quite far from shopping malls, shops, and restaurants. I’d recommend buying everything you need before you check in."
