Free 24-hour airport shuttle service is available to all guests.
The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and runs on demand only.
Guests who require a pick up from the airport should phone 0800 404 204.
Pickup locations:
- Domestic - Door 7 (Jetstar end of the terminal)
- International - Exit Door 8 and follow signage to 'Off-site Shuttle Transfers'. Wait in pickup lane 5 or 6 for our hotel shuttle.

Close to airport, comfy very clean rooms. Has parking available to leave car while overseas
Airport shuttle at night not the best. Used this 3x now & always waiting ages at the airport for collection. Not ideal at 2am when cold & tired. Told it was on its way. Rang 20mins later to find it hadn’t left yet :(
Very lay back and comfortable, excellent amenities, breakfast was a wow 👌 we are planning to park and fly from there next year.

Some rooms were hot, aircon wasn't working as they should but they they moved us twice.

Not happy with where shuttle dropped and picked up at airport. Especially as I was recovering from full knee op. and using walking cane.

The toilet smells awful even with ongoing fan after use.
The toilet and shower needs refurbishing. The shower is old style, its inside the bathtub, inconvenient for elderly guests with mobility issues.
