This hotel is great for air travelers!
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for our needs. The location near the airport is ideal and they have an airport shuttle that makes travel to and from the airport very easy. There’s a nice restaurant onsite, and others within walking distance. There’s staff were all very friendly and helpful, and our room was roomy and comfortable.

Basically a good hotel for proximity to the airport. Easy to get an Uber taxi to visit AUKLAND.
Pros:

Free and frequent transfer from airport. Restaurant had good food choices and staff were wonderful. Quiet location.

Cons:

Bathroom counter space did not exist for basic toiletries. The room had a well mildew smell upon entry. I think the air conditioner’s screen needs cleaning. Rm. 111

Pros:

Останавливались после круиза, перед длительным перелетом. Вежливый персонал, комфортные и чистые номера. Смогли пообедать в ресторане, все было вкусно.

Cons:

Трансфер был с опозданием на 15 минут, вместо назначенного времени на 20:00 прибыл в 20:15, немного пришлось попереживать и трансфер высаживает и забирает гостей достаточно далеко от терминалов. Пришлось бежать. Если искать трансфер по прилету достаточно сложно.

Great quiet place to stay near Auckland airport.
Pros:

We stayed overnight before flying back home. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. We were quite surprised how good the restaurant was. Free airport shuttle was a big plus. Hotel was far enough from airport it was very quiet. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had no interest to travel to Auckland CBD, but if you do realize it’s a long way from the airport

Cons:

The bed we had felt like it needed to be replaced, felt broken down on one side, other side was not as bad. But for one night it was satisfactory.

Pros:

Choice of breakfast excellent. All staff we dealt with very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Airport shuttle excellent service. Following morning shuttle took us direct to car hire facility

We enjoyed our stay, my son loved the gym and activities. Just a couple of negatives which I wasn’t expecting considerin
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and kind. They had a couple of activities for kids to do which my son loved and was stoked to get a couple small prizes for doing them. The room was a good size and beds were comfy.

Cons:

The shower was scalding hot and if you turned the temp down you lost all water pressure. The fridge froze everything in it including my baby’s lunchbox for the following day which ruined 75% of her food.

Fantastic airport hotel
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming. Our car hire drop off was only a 10 mins walk away. We dropped our luggage to our room, then dropped car and walked back.
Breakfast was included in our rate. Everything to set you up for the day.

Location and distance from airport was great, also the fact that you could check in late if needed, and that the restaurant stayed open very late.

Cons:

The dining room/restaurant area was quite small and we struggled to get a table to fit our family of 4, even after booking in advance.
