The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and runs on demand only.

Pickup locations:
- Domestic - Door 7 (Jetstar end of the terminal)
- International - Exit Door 8 and follow signage to 'Off-site Shuttle Transfers'. Wait in pickup lane 5 or 6 for our hotel shuttle.

Very good place to stay for a night before heading out or late arrival. Friendly staff, good food & shuttle service
Pros:

Cons:

Aircon in our room was quite noisy otherwise no complaints

Fantastic, will stay again on our next overnight to Auckland :)
Pros:

Rooms were well equipped for price, staff was friendly and booking/checkout simple.
Kid friendly, so fun that there was a bird hunt for a prize at the end, kids loved roaming the hotel and a good energy burner/time killer for us 😀
The post office pub right around the corner was awesome for dinner.

The breakfast is awesome, I liked the spa by moonlight, even though it could be a bit warmer, the gym is cool

Pros:

The shuttle to the airport and the parking were a bonus.

Cons:

The shuttle picking us up didn't have enough seats for the four of us even though I had rung ahead and due to having to drive another 2-3 hours home we had to leave half our family there and go and get our car and go back to the airport which no one seemed to really care about! Others were staying at the hotel for the night that got on at the same time.
