The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and runs on demand only.
Guests who require a pick up from the airport should phone 0800 404 204.
Pickup locations:
- Domestic - Door 7 (Jetstar end of the terminal)
- International - Exit Door 8 and follow signage to 'Off-site Shuttle Transfers'. Wait in pickup lane 5 or 6 for our hotel shuttle.

I loved the free shuttle service every 30 minutes to the airport, or on demand from the airport.
It was very clean and tidy, with great cooperative staff.
I arrived well before checking in time and the very nice man at reception found me a room within one hour of my arrival so that ai did not have to wait in the lobby for 5 hours.m
