Free 24-hour airport shuttle service is available to all guests.
The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and runs on demand only.
Guests who require a pick up from the airport should phone 0800 404 204.
Pickup locations:
- Domestic - Door 7 (Jetstar end of the terminal)
- International - Exit Door 8 and follow signage to 'Off-site Shuttle Transfers'. Wait in pickup lane 5 or 6 for our hotel shuttle.

Great hotel close to airport, good to have free shuttle bus

This is a great hotel for a stay before or after a flight. Clean, comfortable, breakfast was OK. Will stay here again.

A slight delay in the international pickup service. Told 15mins, was 35mins
The staff where very friendly and the Shuttle service was great. I arrive late and left early.
The noise seem to travel. I not sure if the people where be exceptionally loud or are the walls are thin!! not great when you about to travel 30hrs to get home.
