Free 24-hour airport shuttle service is available to all guests.
The shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and runs on demand only.
Guests who require a pick up from the airport should phone 0800 404 204.
Pickup locations:
- Domestic - Door 7 (Jetstar end of the terminal)
- International - Exit Door 8 and follow signage to 'Off-site Shuttle Transfers'. Wait in pickup lane 5 or 6 for our hotel shuttle.

Was close to the airport but very easy to get to. The restaurant was nice and the food very tasty.
Absolutely nothing
We had a functional room that was clean and serviceable. The food in the restaurant was reasonable and the staff with whom we engaged were friendly and capable.
The fixtures and fittings were low quality and the hotel felt like it was in the middle of a nowhere.

We didn’t like the fact that the shuttle service did not drop us off out side the departure terminal. The walk was very long and not ideal for someone with arthritis
