Great airport option. Quiet, nice room and comfy bed!
Pros:

Ideal option for landing in Auckland early morning. Airport pick up was prompt and easy. Room itself was very nice and bed super-comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

Our stay were very short but one thing I like is the shuttle service. The driver whom I can’t remember his name was so helpful even waited for us a little longer as we had lots of luggages and a family of 7. Much appreciated. Great customer service.

I took a business card so I can book direct and not through Booking.com. I will definitely return
Pros:

I was glad there was a shuttle, but thought it came by the pickup point regularly and didn't realise I had to call.
Meal was great and the room very comfy.

Cons:

My debit card was taken at reception to pay, and I didnt realise there would be a $3.50 fee added for a debit card. This was on a room rate of $211.27 so quite a high percentage. I should have been advised and offered the chance to not use the paywave.

Pros:

The property is conveniently located just minutes from the airport, and the complimentary airport shuttle service for pick-up and drop-off was a huge bonus. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it an ideal choice for an overnight stay before or after a flight.

Cons:

The only downside was that our room, which was located downstairs near the car park, was a little noisy at times.
