Golfing in Thailand
Pros:

Fantastic resort next to the green lake which is not actually green (unless I have colour blindness). Next door to the resort is the Lanna golf course, this is the reason why I checked in to this resort. Though not knowing that I would be the only falang in the entire building. And I don't care at all that I'm the only foreigner because I am learning more of the Thai culture instead of boozing and womanising with the other falangs that prefer the Chiang Mai centre. Getting back to the resort I am staying here for 2 weeks. Playing golf for most of those days. I met the general manager whose name is Moo and he was pleased that I had chosen this place for my lengthy stay. The other staff members are delightful. The two girls on reception and the dining room staff for breakfast and dinner were so charming and so friendly. The room I am in is perfect with a balcony looking over the pool. The room is cleaned daily and the bed sheets changed also. I'm coming back again in December to Chiang Mai and to this same resort. Highly recommended.

Good experience
Pros:

The property is very nice, right in front of a lake, but a bit far away from the city center. The red buses and the Grab is expensive from there. The breakfast is good, you have few options like fruit, bread, eggs, thai food... The rooms are big and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The staff doesn't speak much well English but they are very kind and helpful.

Nice rooms but terrible Food
Pros:

The rooms are nice and are the saving grace for this place.
Apart from that the staff are unfriendly (cleaners excluded they were great), the food is terrible and on one evening from the buffet of 6 dishes only one was actually edible. Breakfast consists of toast, jam and eggs. The other meals were main evening meals or processed meat ball soups.
The facilities are limited with no use made of the lake or anything provided like a games room. There are bikes to use which were in good condition.
There are much better and more conveniently located budget hotels available and I would highly recommend those over this resort.

Relaxing stay in Chiang Mai.
Pros:

The resort is located between a golf course and Green Lake. We enjoyed outside dinning along the lake for all our meals. Food was wonderful, staff were tremendously friendly and helpful. The setting was beautiful and relaxing right in the middle of the huge city of Chiang Mai. It was also located directly across from the International Convention and Exhibition Centre complex.

Hôtel destiné à l'organisation de congrès et réceptions, qui appartient à l'armée. Piscine sale et inexploitable, assez loin de la ville, le personnel ne parle que très peu l'anglais voire pas du tout. Mauvais rapport qualité-prix. L'environnement m'avait séduit (lac, tranquillité) mais l'autoroute passe à côté, il y a également l'Exhibition center qui organise parfois des fêtes à faire trembler votre lit...à déconseiller

Pros:

This hotel is not typically Thai in the sense that you are not checked in in a friendly manor but rather as a suspicious predator. The room was average at best with no safety deposit box and tired furnishings. Both pools were dirty and not fit to swim in and the food at breakfast was appalling. Absolutely hated the hotel and I think it lacks Management and leadership.rom the outside looks really inviting but it is just cosmetic.
