Fabulous interior, location, staff. Will rebook without a doubt

The location of the hotel is fabulous and the interior lovely but really it was the staff that made this stay 10/10, so so friendly, warm and welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help and be nice, we really appreciated it and I will definitely rebook

Pros:

The atmosphere was lovely, the staff was fantastic. My room was facing the street so quite noisy but I’m a heavy sleeper so I was fine. The shower had hair on the floor when I got there and I couldn’t tell if the floor was just old or not quite clean. Overall a fine stay considering the main goal was to go around the ring of Kerry, not to stay in my hotel room! The location was great for nearby eats & pubs too.

Pros:

Beautiful suite! Authentically decorated with modernized bathroom. Staff were wonderful! I definitely recommend this hotel for solo, as well as group travelers.

Cons:

Desk lamp didnt work, nor was there a USB port next to one of the beds. Shortage of outlets in the sitting room.
