Pros:

Hotel was in a great location near restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. The room was a little dated, but more than adequate. Breakfast was typical for a Russian hotel, repetitive, but very good.

We love It!! The staff was so accommodating and friendly, room was spacious and very clean and the location can’t be beat!! The airport transfer service was the way to go!! Lots of shops, restaurants and sights just step away. We can’t wait to stay again!!

Nice location but not very happy with our room.
Pros:

We liked the hotel, especially its location, good service, good breakfast. Nevertheless, our room 202 was next to the reception, and it felt like we were in a cheap hostel, and not in a 3 star hotel. Because of the location of our room, it was noisy, we could hear the conversations and suitcases of incoming guests. The cover of our bed looked old and dirty, and we had to ask not to put it any more. The staff was helpful and professional.

A delightful boutique hotel in the centre of st petersberg. First class service. Roman the concierge is a credit. May be not 5 stars but just as good at a very reasonable price. Pros:

Quite a unique hotel; can add more varieties to breakfast. Very good location —/ relatively close to metro station and and easy access to main tourist points by foot; good restaurants nearby; have a lift to go to 2nd floor where the hotel located; spacious room and friendly staff.

Very nice little hotel located in downtown. It’s one of the best little hotels in the area I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. I went through a lot of different hotels before I made my choice. I stayed in other hotels in the area not as nice as this one. Front desk was very helpful! Nice people. I will be looking forward to stay there again!

Very nice hotel overall.

Room was spacious and clean and the staff very attentive.

There was only a couple of minor issues: shower, which was not that easy to use, and cheap paper sleepers, that I couldn't put on.

Also, they charged me an unusually high for Russia price, when I asked for bottle of water.

Excellent location in a middle of St. Petersburg. Few minutes of walk from Hermitage, Isaac, Nevskiy, etc. It is very clean, quiet place with excellent personnel, well trained and very friendly. They were ready to help us and solve your needs at any time. It was our pleasure to communicate to Roman and Ksenia, the high level professionals in hotel business. They made our 9-day stay so comfortable and peaceful.
