Mi experiencia en el The Gillieru Harbour Hotel fue, sin exagerar, excepcional. Desde el primer minuto se nota que aquí la atención es personalizada y genuina. Siempre estaban pendientes de nosotros y de que todo saliera perfecto.
El check-in y el check-out fueron ágiles y muy bien gestionados, sin estrés ni esperas innecesarias. El personal, sencillamente impecable: atentos, resolutivos y con una actitud de servicio que marca la diferencia. Incluso cuando extravié la tarjeta de la habitación, me ayudaron de inmediato con total amabilidad. Además, tuvieron el detalle de hacernos descuentos en el restaurante, algo que se agradece muchísimo.
La habitación estaba limpia, organizada y cuidada al detalle. La cama, las almohadas y las cobijas eran de excelente calidad; se descansaba de verdad. El baño, impecable y muy bonito. Y la joya de la corona: una terraza con una vista espectacular al mar. Despertar y ver esa panorámica no tiene precio.
El internet funcionó perfectamente durante toda la estancia, algo clave hoy en día. También destaco el servicio de agua fría y caliente disponible en el piso: siempre teníamos agua potable para llevarnos al salir a caminar y conocer la ciudad. Ese tipo de detalles suman muchísimo. Lo mismo con el café, el azúcar y la leche en la habitación: cada día reponían todo lo que se consumía sin falta.
En resumen, fue una estancia redonda. Atención humana, instalaciones impecables y detalles que demuestran que piensan en el huésped. Sin duda, volvería. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

se volete un hotel 4 stelle a Bugibba spendete qualcosa in più ma non venite qui, se invece volete stare come in questo hotel vi è sufficiente un 2 stelle risparmiando diversi euro. Per lavoro avevo bisogno la tv con i canali italiani, dopo due ore tentando di aggiustarla mi hanno detto che non si poteva fare nulla. Ho chiesto un cambio di camera, su 5 piani non ce n’era una libera. Ho chiesto di compensare con la colazione gratuita, negata quella e qualsiasi altro bonus. Hotel 4 stelle senza alcun genere di servizio, piscina chiusa fino ad aprile, con giornate di sole e 20 gradi non c’è uno spazio all’aperto dove leggere, lavorare, distendersi. C’è una spa sotterranea ma è tutto a pagamento. Avevo una camera economy, mi è stato rinfacciato. Nessun balcone, misure minime, mobili da buttare, bagno cieco con ventola non funzionante , spugne consunte con 13% in poliestere (un 4 stelle!). Quando arrivi ti dicono che in camera c’è l’omaggio di una bottiglia d’acqua, in realtà è una brocca che non sai da dove arriva l’acqua e da quanto stia lì dentro. C’è il bollitore con due bustine di the, due dí caffè e una dí zucchero, forse perché sapevano che ero in dieta. Il tutto da girare con il dito, in assenza di cucchiaino.
