Pokój, czyli chyba najważniejszy element hotelu pozostawał wiele do życzenia. W losowych momentach głośno działająca klimatyzacja, porysowana podłoga, wiele niedoskonałości na ścianach, sufitach, stare meble nie każdemu przypadłyby do gustu, brudna kołdra, grzyby w łazience, niezbyt przyjemny zapach i co najgorsze - obecność owadów w tym jednego rozstrzaskanego na ścianie. Podkreślę, że przez cały pobyt nie otwierałem okna.

Oczywiście mogłem zgłosić to personelowi, ale tego ostatecznie nie zrobiłem, natomiast pomimo wszystko, o ile takie rzeczy (poza owadami) można wybaczyć w hotelach o niższym standardzie, to za taką cenę w hotelu 4-gwiazdkowym - nie.

Na krótsze pobyty będzie całkiem znośnie, ale przy dłuższym - nie polecam.

We had such a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, welcoming, and very well looked after. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more enjoyable.

A very special mention has to go to Vanessa, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Her warm personality and genuine care really stood out, and she went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. It is staff members like Vanessa who truly make a difference and leave such a positive impression.

Thank you to the whole team for a lovely experience, and especially to Vanessa for making our stay extra special. We would happily return and definitely recommend this hotel to others! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location is just near and accessible to the harbor and city center and bus stations

Cons:

The bathroom because the shower has no handshower kit and no holders of handtowels besides the basin

Für einen weiteren Aufenthalt würde ich mir ein anderes Hotel suchen.
Pros:

Gute Lage.
Personal hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Probleme mit der Dusche ( extrem heißes Wasser) konnte nicht wirklich behoben werden.
Frühstück sehr einfach.
Preis/Leistung passt nicht
