Cortina Inn

We open the door to our room turned around and left. It was disgusting not even a real bed. No chair to sit in if you wanted to we did not.
Had to call a phone number to check in however it went to voicemail.would not recommended staying here.

Friendly staff but the facility is run down. That said the rooms were clean and everything worked

This place was horrible, dirty, and run down, looked abandoned. Worse place we have ever stayed

Dead roach on floor. Fogged up windows from broken seals. Dim bathroom. We couldn't stay there and left losing our $.

Place has been poorly kept and not very clean.

The bedroom was disgusting not cleaned and had food and trash in the room. We complained to the front desk and the said they would refund us a night made sure it was cleaned up. When we returnee for the second night as all the hotels were booked in the area the room was still not cleaned and appears to only had the bed linens changed. Do not recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. We will never return to this place.

The scenery of Vermont kept this from being a flat 1 star overall, but this hotel has the vibe of being a setting in a video game like Fallout 4 or The Last of Us.

Floor was not cleaned, windows in bad shape, run down… a tad expensive for the place being run down…. Carpet dirty , bathroom floor not great and no floor mat for the bathroom. Smelled of smoke in places

Worst place ever, dog hair, stinks, creepy, weed smell, poor service

This hotel appears to be in the middle of a renovation (9/26/25). Room was clean and comfortable. Hallways and outside need work. Very few amenities.

The room and building was filthy, there were people screaming and fighting in the building

Room and bathroom weren’t cleaned. There was black mold on the top of the bed frame. Large holes in the hallway carpets. Mold smell everywhere.

For the cost per night reasonable for a previous property with the Holiday Inn brand. Best rate in area if you are looking for a no frills hotel. Overall acceptable .

The property appears deserted. Vegetation is overgrown, front entrance dark, property is dirty. I'm not sure I'll use Expedia again.

The property was in shambles. It was run down and dirty. Felt very unsafe

location is excellent. As this is obviously an abandoned Holiday Inn, hopefully it is a renovation in progress.

Cost cutting was evident

The rugs on the stairs and the hallway were filthy dirty!!! My peep didn't exist! It was stuffed with a piece of toilet paper. My room had linoleum with a metal bed, and mattress on top of it?? The curtains didn't close. And I told at the event I went to in town by the police officer that the place had bed bugs, rats, and he used to patrol it 24/7. So 7 hours after arriving there I went back with protection and returned the key. Told them what I was told by the police officer and said I wanted a refund. Needless to say I've heard nothing from them. I could on but I feel it's a waste of my breath.

Staff was nice and did their best to make our stay pleasant but the property was in disrepair.
