Pros:

Location, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast and swimming pool

Cons:

Basin in sink kept blocking

Shower - Shower tray wasn't deep enough and as there was only one glass partition. Water was pouring onto the bathroom floor needing to use towels to mop up excess.

Could see the bottom of the bathroom door where water had warped the wood on previous occasions. Needed to be sealed and repainted.

Pros:

Nice hotel
Good food

Cons:

The shower unit has no safety handles.
Also their is no system to call hotel reception.
Either from the bathroom or room
The better rooms were a long way from reception.

Basically a spa hotel with free use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
Great bar and restaurant.
Staff were so helpful, friendly and happy.

Good facilities and food
Pros:

Facilities. Good range of food and nicely cooked, especially the breakfast.

Cons:

Extremely noisy Over 30s disco thumping until 1am on the Friday, causing lack of sleep until it ended (these occur monthly apparently). Horrible view outside the window of just knee-high weeds.
