Los horarios. La piscina y el gimnasio son y no son del hotel. El gimnasio es muy pequeño y la piscina casi siempre llena de gente del lugar

It was nice and comfortable.
Pros:

It’s neat and easy to locate.

Cons:

No flexibility in check in and check out time. I arrived at the venue @ 12 pm despite informing them 5 days earlier that I will arrive earlier than their fixed time of 15:00. I was kept standing till 15:00.

Excellent ditto, ditto, ditto!!!
Pros:

Friendly and professional staff, clean and well serviced room, excellent pool and sauna, although the Steam Room was out of order and the Hot Tub was not working properly, these were two small disappointments that were overshadowed by all that was good about the hotel and they did not spoil my stay.
Another bonus is that the breakfast (all you could eat, buffet style) was freshly cooked and plentiful (10 out of 10) and highly recommended .

I have my daughter every other weekend and we have found this hotel to be the best child friendly we don’t stay anywhere

Joined group of friends for over 30s night and stayed overnight.

Cons:

table booked but by the time all were there we were told no food for an hour .So party arranged for Kentucky.! surprised the hotel didn't want to take a food order with 30 plus people there !
