Good apart from the stairs to the reception and your pillows are so uncomfortable
Pros:

Convenient to other nearby locations, staff extremely friendly and helpful 10/10 for your staff

Cons:

You really really need desperately to do something about your entrance. The stairs down to the reception and rooms is so so bad, why can you not put a ramp there or do something, I'm elderly and I had awful trouble getting my luggage into the hotel, and I have stayed 4 times and complain each time how awful the setup is !

Pros:

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel looked tired and in need of refurbishment.
The meal (fish and chips) had clearly 'warmed up' chips. Yuck.

It was clean and comfortable

Cons:

There was a lot of noise from kids running up and down the corridors at 4am. There was also very little breakfast left on one morning and when the staff were approached about it there was a huge fight between the staff member and customer for the entirety of my breakfast

Pros:

Our stay was made genuinely enjoyable thanks to the friendly and helpful staff throughout the premises. On our first day, when we arrived late for breakfast, Bali assisted us with kindness and practical advice that helped us throughout the rest of our visit. The room was comfortable and well‑designed, with just the right amount of space for our luggage and for us to relax. The beds were cozy with plenty of pillows, and having a small fridge in the room was a pleasant and very useful surprise. Overall, it was a comfortable, welcoming stay with thoughtful touches that made a real difference.

Cons:

Steps down to the room at the end, for someone like me who has back issues and trying to lug a suitcase proved to be quite awkward.
