I recently stayed at an IHG hotel and had a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay.
The hotel's facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the high standard of customer service throughout my visit.
The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily recommend IHG hotels to family and friends. I look forward to staying with them again in the future.

While the overall stay was pleasant, I was disappointed with the breakfast. I ordered room service, but the food arrived cold, the bacon was very dry, and the toast was burnt. Additionally, I had ordered two separate breakfasts, but the orders were mixed up, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience did not meet my expectations.

The hotel is tired and the signage for guests with disabilities is poor. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have mobility issues. The disabled spaces in the car park are quite far from the entrance which is fine if you have a wheelchair but too far away if you don't have one
Lady on reception was lovely and really tried her best to accommodate my requirements
Room was dated with tatty carpet and a smell of dampness.
Comfortable clean room. Just had an issue with key card and room was furthest wing from reception.
I appreciate you need to make a profit but not including breakfast as part of the deal. Paying £15 plus for a bit of toast or cereal if that's all you want for breakfast is a bit much. So you then missed out as went to the local supermarket.
Rooms clean and well with amenities. Close to Reception and Fitness Centre, Restaurant and reception.
Breakfast was great, well served and adequate.
We had evening dinner which was also good. They ran out of some items but let us order from the main Menu.
