A useful stop on the way to a southern Indian tour but no more than that
Pros:

The room was well appointed, clean and the bed comfortable. We hadn’t booked a suite but were given one which was very nice, albeit for one night.
The dining was very good indeed. Excellent buffets for both breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

This was pricey for India. The staff in the restaurant were chaotic and 25 minutes wait from ordering wine to not receiving what we’d asked for, frankly ridiculous. Also the bar at the swimming pool was shut. Upon enquiring we were told it only opened in the evening which is useless when you arrive back from sightseeing mid afternoon and fancy a dip and a beer !

Like any ITC hotel everything worked well, clean & srevice was good

Very friendly and helpful staff, awesome facility
Pros:

Breakfast was awesome.
Room was spacious and clean.
Beds were comfortable

Cons:

A/C temperature couldn't be controlled and multiple visits were required by technician to fix. So, for 3 days I had to struggle a bit due to uncontrollable temperatures

The only positives are the excellent location and the professionalism shown by staff at the ground level—restaurant bearers, bell boys, security staff, and valet team—who were genuinely warm, customer-centric, and welcoming. Compliments to the department head who has clearly mentored them well; unfortunately, this felt like icing on an otherwise spoiled cake.

Cons:

My recent stay here was far below expectations for an ITC Fortune Select property.

After booking through a third-party app, I tried calling the reception multiple times (three calls with 30-minute gaps) just to confirm my reservation. The phone kept ringing with no response. Only after several attempts later in the evening was the call answered and the stay confirmed.

Despite informing the hotel about a late check-in, the reception welcome was extremely cold and uncomfortable, almost as if accommodating us was a favour. As a frequent business traveller who has stayed in several 5-star hotels in Bengaluru, this was surprising—especially since even late-night check-ins elsewhere are handled warmly with basic hospitality gestures. This being my first ITC property experience, the first impression was disappointing.

The deluxe room was quite small and cozy. The bathroom had a strong stinging smell and the floor was extremely slippery. Since my young son was with me, I requested toilet floor towels for safety. Housekeeping did not answer, and the request was routed to reception at around 10:30 pm.

The request was handled by “Areena” at the reception, whose response was repeatedly vague and non-committal, with the same assurance of “it will reach in some time” across multiple follow-up calls. There was no proactive update, no urgency, and no ownership of the request. After waiting over 1 hour 45 minutes, the towels were finally delivered at around 12:15 am, forcing us to stay awake after a long and exhausting journey.

Hygiene & Amenities Concern:
To add to this, the toiletries setup was unacceptable. A used shaving kit was kept in the bathroom for use. At the very least, basic checks should ensure that shaving cream or grooming items are unused and hygienic. This raised serious concerns about housekeeping standards.

Breakfast Experience:
Breakfast was below expectations in terms of variety, replenishment, and service efficiency.
