Una buona esperienza, ma con qualche aspetto da migliorare

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per quasi una settimana durante la nostra vacanza a Mellieħa, io, mio marito e la nostra bambina di 10 mesi.

Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene, soprattutto per la tranquillità della struttura e della zona. L’hotel è abbastanza distante dal centro, ma per noi non è stato un vero problema: viaggiando con una bambina piccola, cercavamo principalmente relax e tranquillità e non eravamo particolarmente interessati alla movida. Abbiamo visitato il centro per una giornata e per noi è stato più che sufficiente.

Abbiamo scelto Mellieħa anche per le spiagge vicine, che abbiamo trovato molto adatte alle famiglie, soprattutto perché l’acqua è bassa e quindi più sicura e comoda con una bambina così piccola.

Per quanto riguarda l’hotel, sinceramente le mie aspettative erano un po’ più alte, soprattutto considerando il prezzo del soggiorno. Il personale è stato comunque sempre cordiale e gentile e le camere erano pulite.

Avevo richiesto anche una culla per la bambina, ma alla fine non l’abbiamo utilizzata perché la camera era davvero molto stretta: inserendo la culla, non sarebbe stato praticamente più possibile aprire comodamente gli armadi. Questo è sicuramente un aspetto che, viaggiando con bambini piccoli, andrebbe considerato.

Anche il ristorante, secondo me, avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioramento. Diverse pietanze che abbiamo richiesto non erano disponibili e, cosa che ci ha lasciati un po’ perplessi, alcune sono mancate per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. Considerando la categoria e il prezzo della struttura, ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più anche sotto questo aspetto.

In conclusione, non è stata una brutta esperienza: abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità, la pulizia e la gentilezza del personale, ma nel complesso l’hotel non ha superato le nostre aspettative. Direi un soggiorno senza particolari sorprese, né in positivo né in negativo.

Ne ravitaillent pas le petit déjeuner. Ne nettoient pas les tables par contre à 18h30, traînent les transats en faisant un Max de bruit et demande de quitter la piscine avant 19h.
Pas souriant.
Ceux du week-end bien plus respectueux et travailleurs. Un jeune homme avec un tablier et une table. Félicitation à eux deux

El servicio de desayuno era pésimo. La oferta era limitada (el zumo era agua)y después de preguntar durante una semana la posibilidad de tener un yogur sin lactosa, todos los días ponían una excusa y el personal bastante desagradable. El restaurante no lo gestiona el hotel y a pesar de avisar en recepción, siempre muy educados y profesionales, también ignoraron sus peticiones. Una pena tener que dar una mala valoración por culpa del servicio de desayunos. Por otro lado no les importaba que cada día una familia italiana se prepara 20 sándwiches para llevarse. Todo un despropósito . Un yogur no lo pueden ofrecer, pero se permite ese abuso.
