Perfectly located and exceptionally well run, our stay was effortless from start to finish. The service was outstanding—attentive, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Our rooms were comfortable, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed, and having two rooms that were both equally excellent was especially appreciated. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. We would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is very classy! Amazingly stylish place!
Everything is neat and clean, and any need is tended to.
It is situated in the Old Town in a close proximity to the center of it with Orloj and the main old town square (10 min by foot). Charles Bridge is like 20 min away, but that didn't bother us too much.
Breakfast is good and has many options, free coffee in the lobby 24/7 (yes, that was important for us :D), comfy spatial beds, towels, bathrobes - everything you might need.
Staff (except the one I will mention below) is very welcoming, helpful and there for any question we had. Special thanks to the receptionist who checked us in and out and worked day shifts - you are an angel.

Location and the quality of the bed

Városközpontban helyezkedik el. Bőséges és finom a reggeli. Kedves személyzet. A szálloda varázslatos.

Hotellet ligger i et rolig område. Sengen var god og rommet mitt hadde behagelig størrelse, var sjarmerende gammeldags og godt vedlikeholdt. Rommet ble topp rengjort, og personalet tok seg tid til ekstra detaljer (som å legge nattkjolen pent brettet på hodeputen). Små detaljer som jeg setter stor pris på.
Et stykke fra trikken, men mye derfor ekstra rolig område. Frokosten var god og alle som arbeidet der var greie å forholde seg til.
Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake 🌺

Utrolig bra beliggenhet! Vi kunne gå til alt vi ønsket å se i byen. Hotellet har også en stil som blender inn fint med Praha, og betjeningen var svært hjelpsomme. Jeg anbefaler dette hotellet på det sterkeste

If you love the old town charm of Prague, you’ll LOVE staying here. Beautiful, old, eclectic and charming all in 1.
The young lady at the front counter (I think she mentioned she was originally from Vietnam and we sadly cannot remember her name) is a huge asset to the hotel. She made us feel at home the minute we walked in after a long flight. She checked us in quickly giving us a room overlooking the old church and offered some very helpful tips for things to see & do around Prague. We’re thankful for her advice how to catch the bus up to the castle and absolutely must see church. That saved us a 45 minutes walking uphill walk!!

When we got to our room, it was spacious, clean and comfortable with an old world charm. There was a welcome note with a decanter of complimentary wine along with a bottle to celebrate my birthday.
Breakfast in the morning is a definite 10/10 with everything from eggs, pastries, breads, meats and even local pastries. There was also coffee, juice, tea and milk. The breakfast was perfect.
When we returned to the hotel after a long day of sight seeing, we were greeted with a smile and helped ourself to a complimentary glass of white or red wine to enjoy in the lounge area. Fantastic way to end your day.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the city square and very quiet on the evenings.

If looking for the perfect location and a wonderful old hotel with charm and charisma, you need to stay here.

I’m positive someday we’ll visit Prague again and this will be the only hotel I will research again to book.

The location is excellent for walking to old town and quiet around. The breakfast is excellent and must try.

Najbardziej podobało mi się, że hotel zgodził się na zmianę rezerwacji chociaż myślę, że nie było to dla nich korzystne cenowo. Dziękuję i doceniam.
