Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Consierge Osmin stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Reichhaltiger Weinkeller. Reichhaltiges, vielseitiges Frühstück. Ich werde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Totally charming experience: a decanter of thier special liquer as a welcome in the room and quiet location away from tourist hordes.. Decor a fun change from the usual austerity.
Everything was great
The stuff is amazing. Always so helpful and welcome. The facility is clean and we had everything we needed. We had our child with us. So breakfast included and it was the right choice for us. They have really delicious breakfast
Otelin tarihi mimarisi ve nostaljik bir atmosfer sunacağı düşüncesiyle burayı tercih ettik. Binanın kendine özgü bir karakteri var. Temizlik konusunda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık.
Büyük bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Tarihi atmosferi ve nostaljik konsepti için tercih ettiğimiz otel, özenle korunmuş tarihi bir yapıdan çok, zaman içerisinde eskimiş bir tesis izlenimi veriyordu. Eski konsept ile gerçekten eskimiş bir otel arasında büyük fark var.
Üstelik konaklamamız sırasında asansör çalışmıyordu. Valizlerimizi merdivenlerden taşımak zorunda kalmamız oldukça zahmetliydi. Bununla da kalmadı, odanın kliması bile çalışmıyordu. Bir otelin tarihi olması, temel konfor ve teknik donanım eksikliklerini mazur göstermez. Temizlik konusunda sorun yaşamamış olsak da bakım ve konfor açısından beklentilerimizin oldukça altında kaldı.
The Breakfast was really good. The fresh baked pastries were amazing. The Room and bed were very comfortable.
The night managers were not as good as the day shift. We stayed out past 2:00am each night. They have to unlock the door to let you in.

When we arrived at 9a our room was already available and they let us check in. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was more than we expected and again very friendly service. The beds were very soft and we never experienced any noise issues. The rooms were serviced every day. Even though the temps were mild it was still nice to have the AC. The location was perfect. Easy to get everywhere we needed with short walks or close transportation stops.
